The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities is the icing on the cake. Simply feel good.

You can't hear any mechanical noise and it's totally quiet even at night. The sanitary facilities are clean, but the showers are built in such a way that there is no storage space. Too bad that there is no bread service, the next shopping opportunity is several kilometers away. Friendly and helpful operators, beautiful pitchesTradus automat.

With the large former sports field in the middle and the nearby bathing lake, the campsite is an adventure playground for the little ones and a recreation area for adults seeking peace and quiet. The sanitary facilities are clean and well maintained. We like to come to Berwartstein once a year for a few days.Tradus automat.

Flat paths in the forest as well as uphill walks. Just the way everyone likes it. Beautiful path around the lake. Delicious food at the CP. You can also eat at the lake with a wonderful lake view. Friendly staff no matter who is doing what and when. Will definitely be back. Wonderful place in the middle of the forestTradus automat.

We were given a super friendly welcome and immediately felt at home. The sanitary facilities were simple, but very well maintained. Our pitch was a really good size. Very quiet. Bread roll service was offered. A beautiful swimming lake is within walking distance. We would love to come back.Tradus automat.

- Nadine a.March 2017Very clean sanitary facilitiesWe spent a weekend at the nature campsite. The groundsman was extremely friendly and the pitches were a good size. There is electricity and water on site. The sanitary facilities were really well maintained. The site is very close to a castle and a lake, although we didn't visit it. Otherwise, the site... is actually in the middle of the forest, as if in a valley. The proximity to Dahn and Bad Bergzabern is good for taking a look at the two little towns.Tradus automat.

The C pitch is located in the forest in a large clearing next to the local sports field. At the time we were here, there were no matches, so it was absolutely quiet day and night. Characterized by permanent campers. Many permanent pitches in a sloppy condition. The front part,... right at the entrance, is for tourists and attractively designed. Very large pitches. Friendly reception and free choice of pitches, wifi available. Helpful owners. No fees for dogs. Strict waste separation. Extremely clean sanitary facilities. Unfortunately no doors between toilets and showers, and showers without an anteroom. Adequate number of toilets and showers. Sanitary facilities otherwise as good as new. No shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Plenty of hiking and cycling trails. Ideal for nature lovers and hikers. Berwartstein Castle approx. 400 m away. To the lake approx. 200 m. Annimation of any kind not available - thank God - . If you are looking for peace and quiet, can keep yourself busy and would like to explore the Palatinate Forest on super signposted hiking trails, this is the right place for you.Tradus automat.

No shopping facilities nearby.Silence !A quiet, beautifully situated campsite - perfect for relaxing! We felt very comfortable and it was not our last visit there. Sanitary facilities were okay - only showers have no anteroom - you have to undress before the shower. A few steps from the CP is a small lake - nice for swimming. You can hike and cycle very well in the area. Disadvantage: nearest grocery store etc. not within walking distance - also relatively far by bike.Tradus automat.
