We can recommend this campsite to others.Tradus automat. - Ulrike L.July 2023PlusuriThe enclosure with the pigs.MinusuriThe rudest "service" we have ever experienced.Stay without reservationThe receptionist immediately started using the "Du" form of address and did not refrain from doing so even when asked. This is customary among campers.
First, we were asked for our surname, first name and vehicle registration number, which the receptionist wrote on an "invoice". Then the prices were... broken down by category. The payment should then be made in advance with a telling look, which I questioned. EC card payment is not possible "only cash payment!" (!) she repeated herself to the lady at reception....
...fully equipped with technology...computers, printers ect.
41 euros per night for sleeping in your own mobile home: 2 adults, 1 child 9 years, 1 child 2 years, with electricity.
After the contract did not materialize, the reception loudly refused to take the so-called invoice with the included data.
"That's the bill you didn't pay!" the lady shouted in front of the guests sitting around. And further: "I'm not going to give you an invoice and then you say you've already paid!
The only thing that comes to mind is the saying: what I think and do myself, I trust everyone else to do...
Conclusion: Not recommended and not for personal use.
"Maybe we just don't suit each other" and "we don't want that!" in relation to "card payment" were the messages from the receptionist.

The arrival is insufficiently marked from the Brotweg.
26.07.2023, Wednesday.Tradus automat. - Yves S.July 2021PlusuriDirectly on the lake with its own beach No pitchesMinusuriQuite full at the weekendNatural site directly on the lakeThe site is located directly on the lake, with its own beach. The water quality is very good and a jetty makes it easy to get in.
You are shown to your pitch. There are no pitches here, but you have to make sure that you leave enough space for the other guests. Otherwise there will be problems when you... leave. The car must not be left on the pitch. There is an extra parking lot for this.
The ground is sandy. Suitable paving is an advantage.
From Monday to Friday, it is pleasantly quiet. At the weekend, it is well filled and, let's put it this way, quite busy.
There's also a snack bar and a men's shelter with a bread roll service. There are two playgrounds for children. You can also hire stand-up paddles. The staff are friendly and attentive.
The sanitary facilities look modern at first glance and are cleaned daily. So cleanliness is not a problem.
If you look closely, some repairs are necessary. Loose tiles and broken ceiling tiles.
You need tokens to shower. One euro for 3 minutes is ok, but quite short, especially if you have longer hair.
The location to Oranienbaumer Heide, invites to hiking and cycling. For us, as peace seekers, the place was ok.Tradus automat. - Jens D.June 2020PlusuriQuiet location close to natureMinusuriNo camping equipment available on sitePure natureAfter a cobbled road, the approach is via a somewhat hilly tarred road. If two caravans or camper vans come towards each other, it gets a bit tight. The check-in is very friendly and quick. As this is a nature campsite, there are no pitches. As long as you don't interfere with other campers arriving... or departing, you can position yourself however you like. The sanitary building is clean and tidy. They were cleaned several times a day during our stay. You need a token for the showers, which you can get for €1. This gives you 3 minutes of hot water. Bread roll service is available in the morning. You have to order the rolls from the snack bar the day before and pay for them straight away. You can simply pick up the rolls the next morning. There is a snack bar with very low prices for small appetites. The staff are always friendly and helpful. You can't leave your car on the pitch, it has to be parked in the parking lot at the entrance. From 9 pm (during our stay) the entrance to the site is closed, you can walk to the site at any time. You can leave the parking lot with your vehicle at any time. Lake Möhlau borders directly on the campsite and can be reached via a footbridge. If you love nature, this site is well worth a visit.Tradus automat.
- Christian L.July 2019PlusuriPure nature! Peace and quiet, a beautiful lake, a place for young and older campers. Especially for families and groups or for those simply looking for peace and quietMinusuriThe water in the showers should be warmer. Otherwise noneNature Forest Lake Peace Nature campsite Möhlauer SeeThere were 2 of us on the campsite for a weekend, the campsite is in the middle of the forest and is unpopulated, it feels a bit like wild camping. The operators and guests are very friendly and the audience is mixed from youth group young families couples retirees everything. The site is very spacious.... The ground is natural forest soil. The sanitary facilities are modern and adequate. The hot water supply is a bit so-so. On weekends until Sunday, however, a single cleaning is not enough. The washrooms are very modern and clean. There are shower cubicles and 2 showers without cubicles. I would remove the cabins and only install showers without cabins so that more people can shower at the same time when, for example, youth groups are present. The lake is very clean and the beach is ok. There are 2 play areas for children with plenty of toys and equipment. A beautiful campsite for those who like pure nature. The prices are unbeatable.Tradus automat.
- Sabine W.June 2019PlusuriBeautiful location, plenty of space, bright forest, beer garden with snack bar, very suitable for adults with children and dogs. Beautiful bathing lake.Minusuripossibly no cell phone - TV receptionForest camping with a family atmosphereWe stayed there for 3 nights as a couple with our 2 dogs and caravan. The place has a very familiar, pleasant atmosphere. a well-attended beer garden with simple snacks. Very tasty and reasonably priced, changing homemade food offers. The sanitary facilities are simple and very clean. You can choose... your own pitch. Located directly on the lake. Operator Mario Kaiser always helpful, open-minded and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable and will be back. / caravan there.Tradus automat.
- Carsten L.August 2017PlusuriFriendliness, size of space, surroundings, beautiful beer gardenWe had very relaxing days thereThe sanitary facilities are cleaned very thoroughly every day. The site and the surrounding area are ideal for dog owners. We were able to choose our pitch. The pitches are large and you have enough space from your neighbors. We were there more by chance than anything else, but we will definitely go there again.Tradus automat.
- Sigurd M.July 2017PlusuriBeautiful forest location; good starting point for excursions; clean sanitary facilities.MinusuriProvisioning on site; car cannot be parked at the caravan.Quiet in the forest and by the lake.Stayed here for a week in July with caravan and dog. Operator very friendly as well as the permanent campers. Bread roll service is ok. Sandy beach very small. The supply would have to change something. Unfortunately only a small stall with drinks and sausages. Since shopping facilities and restaurants... can only be reached by car, it is a pity that more food is not offered on the site, although the conditions already exist. As we have a small caravan we always have a lot of things stored in the car. Unfortunately, you can only use the car on the pitch for loading and unloading. Our dog felt very comfortable and was also well accepted by the campers. When the beach wasn't busy we could even take him swimming. I don't know if it was allowed, but it didn't bother anyone.Tradus automat.
- Jordi L.June 2017Plusuri- Playgrounds - sandy beach - clean sanitary facilitiesMinusuri- Very poor mobile internet (but the operator can't help that) - Shopping facilities are only available in the neighboring villageNice quiet campsiteWe had some lovely days at this campsite. The many play facilities (two small playgrounds, a bolt court, trampoline and various toys) were ideal for our children. The campsite also has a small sandy beach with a jetty by the lake. The sanitary facilities were always clean, there is a small snack bar... on site and the fact that cars can only be driven onto the site for loading and unloading, otherwise they are parked in a separate parking lot, which we found to be an advantage as there is much more peace and quiet than on other sites.Tradus automat.
- Wolfgang K.May 2017PlusuriNatural location by the lakeMinusuriSecluded location: no shopping facilitiesQuiet natural campsiteWe visited the site as an overnight stop before visiting Ferropolis. The lake is great for swimming: soft, super-clear water. The paths and facilities on the site are in keeping with nature. Bread roll service, small kiosk with freshly tapped beerTradus automat.

- Torsten K.March 2016PlusuriLocation, nature, tranquillityMinusuriPermanent campers, unheated sanitary buildingShort vacation with obstaclesWe were here at Easter 2016. The site is very quiet and beautifully situated. Although there weren't many campers here, as a small group of 2 caravans we had problems finding a contiguous pitch as we didn't have every free pitch to choose from. We were then offered a pitch in the neighborhood of permanent... campers with some additional rules of conduct so that the usual needs of the permanent campers were not disturbed. The pitch itself was wonderful. We didn't have any problems with the permanent campers, although we were constantly watched and scrutinized. We only had problems with the cleaning times for the sanitary facilities. There was a sanitary block for the permanent campers and rental property residents, which we were not supposed to use (there were keys for this - not for us) and there was a large sanitary block, which was always cleaned at peak times and you couldn't use it then. We were then given the permanent camper toilet as an alternative toilet, which we could not use due to the lack of a key. According to the cleaning staff, the permanent campers' toilet block was open to everyone during the cleaning work, but the permanent campers apparently knew nothing about this as it was always locked. The next negative point I have to mention is the beautiful lake. Unfortunately, only a small part of it is accessible to normal campers, the rest is prevented by fencing by permanent campers standing directly on the lake - a pity. Another minus point is the unheated sanitary facilities - not at all possible in March. Although it is a beautiful site and the operators are very nice, I can only recommend the site to a limited extent.Tradus automat.
