Nerida K.June 2014PlusuriThe lake, the facilities, the owner EVERYTHING!!MinusuriThe sanitary block might be a bit far for some people but it is a lovely walk to get there so not a problem for us.Ticks all the boxesWe visited this campsite for a weekend with friends. Between us three families we had 6 children ranging in age from 5 to 9. This campsite was prefect, big lovely pitches, friendly and super helpful owner, loads for the kids to do with watching distance from our pitch plus a huge lake with a beach and... Island to swim in. The cleanest water in the lake plus loads of frogs and tadpoles to keep the kids entertained in nature. Not once did our kids ask for the TV or ipad, they was just too much to do. We didn't even get a chance into all the organised activities, archery, horse riding etc. We hope to stay longer next time to try these out. This is one of the best campsites we have ever stayed in. Lovely sanitary building and doing our washing up with a view of the horse paddock at sunset was quite lovely. A thoroughly relaxing weekend.
