This makes it not seem as big as it is. The sanitary buildings are as good as new, but the colors chosen (shades of brown) make them look rather gloomy. The mirrors in the wash cubicles could be better lit. The sanitary buildings are... unisex. We always used sanitary building 3. There were 3 cabins with toilet and washbasin, 4 cabins with shower and washbasin, 2 cabins with shower, washbasin and toilet (family cabin), as well as a baby changing room and washroom with children's toilet. At peak times in the morning, you had to wait until a toilet or shower became available. The showers in the family cabins cost 5 crowns (4 minutes). The other showers were free. There was a very good room for disposing of the chemical toilet.
I only noticed cleaning in the morning. I don't know if it was cleaned in between. It was never really dirty, but you could see that there were too few toilets for the number of guests. A bit more cleaning would definitely not have been a bad idea.
The store had very little food for daily needs. Instead, there were lots of snacks and drinks. The snack bar has soft ice cream, scoop ice cream, fries, chicken, pizza and salad. Unfortunately no burgers and hot dogs.
There is (currently) no shop in Nymindegab, so you have to drive to Nörre Nebel to do your shopping. The only full-service snack bar in Nymindegab is considerably more expensive than the snack bars in Henne Strand, for example. A hot dog there costs 41 kroner (in other places we always paid between 30 and 35 kroner).
The beach is too far to walk with small children. But it can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. Unfortunately, the beach is very rocky. Bathing shoes are recommended.
The playground and the outdoor pool are very nice, but only enough for the children to splash around. I came here with my daughter, we've camped in other countries before but this was our first time camping in Danmark.
First impression was a super unfriendly receptionist that wouldn't even greet us when we came in. Her arrogance and treatment sets the mood for the whole place. The price... per night though is really high, compared to the other campgrounds nearby. I thought from their advertisement that it was worth it for the kids entertainment.
But all the entertainment for kids, other than the heated pool (which in real life is really small) is really NOTHING more than what can be found on other campgrounds. Except maybe the arcade, where every game costs money/coins. So for your kids entertainment you would have to spend even more money.
The beach is far away to walk, there are no activities for smaller children on this campground other than the playground.
In fact, we had such a bad experience with people, the reception, our campground and the bathrooms that are NOT clean that we decided to leave after our first night. We still had 4 nights that we had paid a lot of money for, but we didnt get any of it back. In fact, the receptionist told us it was "Our problem if we don't like the place"
We moved to another campground 15 minutes away from this one. Here we spent HALF the money, camped RIGHT at the beach and had super friendly staff, big playgrounds, free indoor playgrounds, bigger kitchens than in Nymindegab and found a really cheap indoor waterpark nearby.
Please DO NOT spend your money here! You are not welcome and can have MUCH BETTER kids entertainment and bigger, cleaner servicerooms for much much less money.
The surroundings are beautiful and the surrounding campgrounds are too. The sanitary facilities are top!
The pool... is heated and so we were able to swim even at 17° outside temperature (a small note here: there is no lifeguard - we felt it was the only minus point).
A small store in the square where you can buy the essentials. The finest soft ice cream 🤩 large playground, mini golf, 2 great bouncy castles.... Simply a great place!

Sometimes you could only hear birdsong. A new sanitary building was close to our pitch. There was underfloor heating and only individual cabins, either toilet and washbasin or shower with washbasin. Everything was very large, clean and nice.... We didn't use the swimming pool (when it was about 12 degrees outside and windy), but it made a very good impression. The playground also made a good impression. Only the two goats perhaps led a rather meagre life. There is a 2km path to the beach through beautiful dunes. The beach itself is wonderfully long and wide. The few people we met who belonged to the campsite were all very friendly. In the low season we got a great pitch without any problems, without a reservation. We are very happy to recommend the campsite to others and will visit it again ourselves when we are in Denmark.Tradus automat.

The wash houses are clean and up to date. At the time of our vacation, another one was under construction. The water park had just opened and was the main attraction: water temperature 27 degrees. Access is free for campers. There is a playground next door... with equipment that was in very good condition. In addition to the recreation room, where there is free Wi-Fi, there were facilities for cooking, baking and washing dishes. There are plenty of water taps dotted around the site. Very friendly operators. The surrounding area has signposted cycle paths. The North Sea coast is approx. 2.5 km away and easy to reach by bike or carTradus automat.

- Lambert S.Ιούλιος 2014Beautifully situated, friendly...We stayed at this beautiful campsite for 6 nights in July 2014. We were given a very friendly welcome and were able to choose from various free pitches. The friendly staff at reception and in the camping store speak German. The rating from July 2013 helps when choosing a pitch, thank you! The pitches... are spacious, we were traveling with a motorhome and a small tent and had plenty of room. The ground consists mainly of grass with small areas of sand and is firm and easy to drive on. In order not to make your vacation day too long, you can cycle or walk to the sea 1.8 km away through a beautiful landscape on a good cycle path (if you drive by car, there are plenty of parking spaces near the beach), swim in the outdoor pool, use the playgrounds, ride on the nearby horse farm through the heathland or on the beach, play mini golf on the course, canoeing (canoe rental in the hotel, super nice and helpful), fishing in the sea or at the trout pond, cycling or hiking in the area and and and. In the village you can get everything you need in the Edeka market, which is of course more expensive than in one of the larger towns, but it was ok and not excessive. So if you can, you should definitely take your bike with you. If you like to stay "lazy" on the pitch, you can use the Wi-Fi free of charge and read or do whatever else you like undisturbed. The noise level from the outdoor pool or other "children's noise" is limited (but for me this is part of a family campsite). It gets very quiet in the evening or later at night. The site has a lovely sheltered location and is interspersed with trees and shrubs. The sanitary blocks are all clean and ok, the sanitary block near the outdoor pool naturally "suffers" during the day due to the many users. Water taps are located along the paths and there is electricity at the pitch. It was very nice here and we doubled the length of our stay.Tradus automat.

- Karsten N.Ιούλιος 2013Spent a wonderful 15 days at Nycamp.is great for small children with toddler playground and extra small bouncy cushion,goat enclosure and in the swimming pool toddler pool.great for older children with play tower,large bouncy cushion and swimming pool with 6 meter high 4er slide that also inspires the... big ones.Nice boss.small store where you can get the necessities.snack integrated with HotDog,fries and soft ice cream.swimming pool is free,as well as W-Lan that works and every day sauna from 19-22 clock.swimming pool is open until 23 clock.no fear of noise at these opening times.in the evening returns from ca.21 In the morning we could sleep peacefully until 9 a.m. Toilets are like in the Nordic countries not to rave about but completely O.K. and always clean. 800 meters to the village there is a bakery, Spar market, snack bar, gas station, souvenirs and a village pub that looks like a hotel. Great for dogs because the place has many small exits where you can go for a walk in a beautiful heath landscape. This extends over 1 km to the dunes on the North Sea. when booking, look very carefully at the site plan - some places should really not be taken: 131,132,237,238,270,258. is a 3 star place and it is always worth it. gets 4 stars from me, as it seems to be common practice here to always give one star more than the official criteria. would go there again immediately, just because of the swimming pool.Tradus automat.

s. s.Αύγουστος 2010Stayed at this campsite in August - September. Actually only wanted to stay 1 - 2 nights. This turned into 14 days. Can recommend this place without reservation. The price/performance ratio is good. The outdoor pool alone (27°) with slide and integrated whirlpool (felt like 40°) is absolutely great,... as is the playground with numerous play options. Everything is available to keep both young and old children happy. There is also a goat enclosure, which you are allowed to enter as long as you don't annoy the goats. You can tell that the very nice CP operator has two children herself. There is a small supermarket on the site where you can buy the essentials. Next larger supermarket 2 km away. Clean sanitary facilities. Free sauna from 7 - 10 pm, the outdoor pool is open from 8 - 23 and is also free. W-Lan is free and even works. The pitches are parceled out, but this is not very noticeable as they are not all in a row. Lots of trees and shrubs in between. The beautiful beach is approx. 1.5 km away and can be reached via a lovely cycle path. There are great cycling and hiking trails all around the site. A friendly riding center is located 1 km away, where various tours are offered, depending on riding experience. Price 20,-€/hour.
