Price too high. Everything desolate and dirty. No care for the guests.
A special failure
Some English at reception. The lady does not know the opening hours of the restaurant. The door to the restaurant is open, but there is no one inside who could provide information. There is no notice of the opening hours. Nor are there any notices in languages other than Portuguese. In the second restaurant,... they immediately wave you off without even trying to explain. I give up trying to eat something. In the sanitary facilities there is one (!) sit-down toilet with a door that cannot be locked. None of the showers can be locked either. And the utensils can be placed on the floor. Everything is also very unclean. But the 10 m² of withered lawn must be watered early in the morning. All sanitary facilities are very desolate. There are no notices in foreign languages anywhere. There is loud barking all night from several dogs in the neighborhood.

Good base for trips (Lisbon). Nice and large swimming pool. Good restaurant.

Camping unworthy.
The road to the campsite is full of holes and potholes, a downright assault on car and caravan. Reception at the campsite was friendly. What is special is that a picture is taken of you and you get a pass for the car and per person. Also special (but apparently not for Portugal) is that you have to pay... for the pitch in advance. The camping site was more like a parking lot and was also located along a large parking lot. By the way, there are only 14 touring pitches. The many regular guests let their dogs out of these touring pitches judging by the many dog turds that were there. The dogs run loose on the campsite day and night and keep you awake with their barking. The plumbing is awful, old and totally unkept. Floor tiles are broken and therefore have sharp edges. There was one toilet and further only hanging/crouching toilets where the ordinary toilet could not lock the door. Cleaning of the plumbing was most likely done every other day. Positives were the tennis court, swimming pool and restaurant. The restaurant prepared good meals at Portuguese prices. Well a good base for a trip to Lisbon, for example. This campsite is definitely not worth the 20.00 Euro per day, never again.
