I've been to Nonnevitz 6 times now and this time it was just beautiful. The main reason for this was the consistently beautiful weather. Air 25 to 31° and water 22°. It couldn't have been better.
What's more, the campsite was only half full. There were no... long queues at the bakery. Even at the showers, you were almost always alone. Everything was relaxed and quiet. The staff were very friendly and our pitch request was taken into account.
The sanitary facilities were kept clean, but could really do with some modernization.
What we generally didn't like was the gastronomy around Nonnevitz. The quality is not great and most of them close at 7 or 8 pm.
Overall, however, I can highly recommend the rainbow camp.
We will be back.

However, this year we were shocked by the catastrophic state of the sanitary facilities. We really aren't grumblers and accept a lot of things with a smile. Older facilities with visible signs of use are perfectly fine,... but if they are not cleaned at all for many days, or only superficially by visibly unmotivated people who are disgusted and avoid cleaning themselves, that's another matter. The strong smell, urinals that are blocked for days, completely dirty surfaces and walls. Even the beautiful new sanitary building is already very dirty. If you speak to their employees about it, they shrug their shoulders and say that the decision about the cleaning company comes "from the top" and that there is nothing they can do. Dear campsite team, sorry for the harsh words, please give yourselves a jolt, find your motivation for maintaining this really uniquely beautiful campsite again and change these conditions very quickly.

Beautifully shaded and sheltered from the wind and just a stone's throw from the beach. It was never far to the bakery or the sanitary facilities. One small drawback is the showers. Personally, I definitely missed a hand shower and unfortunately our card was apparently not activated for the children's shower.Tradus automat.

It was relaxed and quiet. The trees keep it pleasantly cool in summer. Super nice beach, long and not overcrowded. You could enjoy sunrises and sunsets all to yourself. Very nice spacious complex in a grove and only a few meters to the beach, but driving on the complex by car is only possible for arrival and departure. From the parking lot to the tent at least 1km walk. A shuttle runs through the resort from 10 am to 6 pm. Handcarts are available... for transporting shopping etc. during your stay (unfortunately far too few and never available when needed). - Steffen B.August 2022Saving at the wrong endCurrent cleaning company is a disaster. 1 person sits in the car. The 2nd person stands at the entrance with a cell phone and the third person cleans. Unfortunately, the 3rd person lacked sensible cleaning agents. The bucket was emptied in the men's urinal which completely blocked it. Nothing changed... during the 2 weeks we were there. Please use your own staff again. The years before were much better! Prices are certainly rising everywhere. But don't save at the wrong end. Invest in proper flushing toilets that don't drip. Please also replace the washbasin. Then you'll have satisfied regular guests who actually like to come. Because of the beach!Tradus automat.

At a price of around €60 per night for 2 people, I expect something else. The sanitary facilities are really underground and urgently need renovation. The disposal of gray water or toilet in a buried tank is simply not up to date and disgusting. It is probably intentional that... there is WiFi only at certain points on the pitch. However, as soon as you move 10 meters away - no more chance. So no reception on the pitch either. We really travel a lot with the motorhome, both in Germany and abroad. This has been the most expensive CP so far. The price/performance ratio is simply not right here. The "poorly" cleaned sanitary buildings are "cleaned" in the morning around 8 a.m. and in the afternoon around 6 p.m. - you can't choose a better time (irony off). If you need electricity you should bring a good cable, otherwise no chance. Sometimes you have to wait a really long time for an employee from the campsite to show up to open the power box - the same on departure. However, the point of this is not clear to me.Tradus automat.

Hardly any cleaning with so many guests. Clogged toilets for days, filthy side walls....It's such a great place, but sanitary is the be-all and end-all.

They should have been cleaned more often given the heavy footfall. The cleaning that was carried out was unfortunately sloppy. It would be better to have one big cleaning overnight and several smaller ones during the day. The staff in all areas are generally very friendly and reliable. The sanitary facilities (especially the house by the pizzeria) were unsightly. Clogged dirty toilets... and clogged sink, no toilet paper. Otherwise GDR charm. Makes you wonder where the money ends up? Not in this place
PS: the whole (actually beautiful sandy beach) is paved over with windbreaks. Everyone leaves their windbreaks and beach shells overnight. Terrible. Like towels on the loungers. The beach is there for everyone! And it's not a pretty picture at sunset when it looks like a second 🏕!Tradus automat.
