The price was 8 euros, for two, all included (electricity, wifi,...). The campsite is Matt's garden, behind the house, at the foot of an old West-East railroad line. It's very well equipped: sanitary facilities, barbecue, pergola, tables, electric... sockets, fridge! The only thing missing is a little more shade in summer (we left during the heatwave...) Matt is very friendly, and a wellspring of information about Biser, Harmanli and Bulgaria. He's originally from the UK, but has lived here for a long time. We spent a lot of time with him, he's funny and always has a thousand stories to tell. He guided us to swimming pools, restaurants, the best petrol pump... He also agreed to let us pay him half in levas, half in euros, to get rid of the last of our foreign currency before crossing into Turkey! In short, a golden guy!Tradus automat.

Sanitary facilities are excellent. This is one quietest location that I used within this group of 7. No I shall state that all four that I visited were quiet. Use their on-site map for this group of 7 other sites while in this beautiful friendly country. You should not be disappointed. As a single traveller I was given a small but welcome discount at Sakar.

Campingul e dragut, era destul de liber cand am ajuns noi. Conditii de campare foarte bune. Cred ca totusi proprietarul va fi afectat destul de mult de faptul ca in spatele campingului se construia, pe un terasament destul de inalt, o linie... de cale ferata ce va afecta linistea atunci cand va fi pusa in folosinta, dar cand am fost noi totul a fost bine. Probably the last campsite where you can still find toilets. The Eastern Rhodopes are about 50 km to the south. You can still see vultures flying in the mountains there. Uninteresting location far from the forest and the river or the lake, no shade, but there are also many pluses: not far from the main route to Istanbul, peace and quiet, friendly staff and clean, new... sanitary facilities, always hot water, sites equipped with electric sockets - very good price (14E per car, camping, 2 people).
