Very poor electricity connection, the power went out several times, we only had the fridge/boiler on, when we started the coffee machine we had no more power. You always have to check whether the electricity is still working (according to other campers who spend their vacations there, the problem is well known) The sanitary facilities leave a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Among other things, chewing gum was stuck in the urinal from July 27th until our departure, how is that possible with daily cleaning? An investment in new shower heads would be highly recommended The waste disposal is always overfilled.Camping in need of renovationIt is a great pity that a campsite in such a location does not make more of the site. Only with a good location does a campsite not deserve a "very good" rating. I have been to several TCS campsites and this one was by far the worst. We rented rooms in the Riverlodge. Everything with attention to detail <3 This is what makes camping fun (for us as inexperienced campers) <3 Modern, well-equipped kitchen (plus super coffee machine), cozy living room ;-), rooms (even... bedded in, we booked comforters), nice bathrooms, barbecue area, cool lawn ... just perfect for us! I really don't know what there is to complain about! The place is always cleaned! And the staff are very friendly and competent! We'll definitely be going back again <3Tradus automat.

Per i camper lato vecchi servizi igienici sarebbe sufficiente alzare il terreno o meglio stendere mezzo metro di ghiaia e delle separazioni... in legno come al TCS Lucerna. Personale molto gentile. Vantaggio: libertà di occupare una piazzuola a piacimento. - Alain S.August 2018Disastrous receptionA decent campsite, although the sanitary facilities at the end of the day leave a lot to be desired; moreover, the facilities are very average. My one-star rating is due to the unacceptable attitude of the staff and especially of a certain Marc on our arrival: I had read that check-in for "rental accommodation"... is from 15:00 but having booked with my 9½ year old daughter a place for a small tent, I didn't feel concerned. We arrived at 13:15 and there was nobody at reception. After 2 difficult phone calls because the staff had a very poor command of English and French, and following my insistence that we be allowed to settle in, we were sent the famous Mr. Marc: the latter arrived, saving his steps, he stopped well over 6m from us and without a hello launched a "questions" in broken English, I asked him my questions from a distance, he replied with two words only, really showing that we were boring him, and then he said "all ok?" - and then I tell him no - it's a deplorable welcome" - reply: "you'll have to leave, you won't fit in here" ... I get angry, to which he replies "you'll really have to leave, we don't want customers like you" - I stayed so as not to spoil my daughter's stay and her pleasure, but this welcome is unacceptable: these people no longer deserve to manage an establishment in this magnificent town of Interlaken where - as everywhere else in the region - the people are more than friendly.Tradus automat.

Reserved a parking space 5 weeks ago, but didn't get one reserved. "Look for a space!" If we had arrived 4 hours later, the pitch would have been completely full. Sanitary facilities in the old part catastrophic, dingy and unkempt (but that's down to the guests), where... there is a lack of cleanliness you don't think any further. Railroad noise already in the morning. Guests know no respect, they march all over the pitch. This was our first and unfortunately our last time here.Tradus automat.
