Swimming in the sea and river possible.ОтрицательныеThere was only cold water in the washhouseSmall, cozy campsite with direct access to the sea.It is a small campsite that is run with a lot of love. The beach is beautiful with sand and gravel and you can also swim in the river Sele. The campsite is frequented by Germans and Italians. There is a mini market, bar and small pool. No animation. Pitches are in the shade under trees or directly by... the sea in the sun. There is a very good fishing spot right where the Sele flows into the sea. The ruins of the Roman city of Paestum are also very close and well worth a visit. The manager of the campsite cooks in the evening and you can order food. Sometimes a fisherman comes to the campsite and sells his catch. We were there with our children and caravan and we really liked it. Unfortunately, there is only cold water for washing up and hot showers cost 50 cents but that's bearable. The campsite is a family business, Fernando also invited the campers to his nephew's birthday party, the first time I have experienced a campsite like this after 38 years of camping, we will be back when we come to this area. The sunsets are amazing. The owner couple are extremely nice and helpful. Ferdinando literally reads your every wish from your eyes. His wife is happy to cook something for guests on request - very good cuisine. There is a small store for groceries and the sanitary... facilities are clean and up to southern Italian standards. The immediate surroundings are not very inviting, but you can easily and quickly get to beautiful places such as Agropoli by bike. Ideally located for a trip to the Amalfi Coast (bus stop right in front of the entrance). One of the most enchanting places on our 4-week trip to Italy. The sea is murky due to a river estuary right next to the campsite. The sanitary facilities are clean but far too few. There was no menu in the restaurant,... only banini that day and pizza on some days. In addition, the restaurant was turned into a disco with karaoke in the evening, which made sleeping before 01.00h impossible.
