The area is really great, larger and smaller hikes are possible directly from the campsite, and the friendly staff also help with organizing excursions. The sanitary facilities are good and were always very clean, the restaurant was also very... good. However, the campsite seems to be the base camp for many German motorcyclists and motorcycle clubs. As a result, there was always a rattling noise somewhere. Even the toilet cassette was transported across the campsite by bike in proper style. But that was topped by a helicopter taking off directly from the site for sightseeing flights, which fortunately doesn't happen that often in the off-season. The restaurant offers something for every palate with its changing menu and small menu. A friendly family business with charm.
