We came across this campsite by chance and had actually only planned to stay one or two nights. We ended up staying ten nights because we felt very comfortable here. The groundsman is very nice and helpful. The same applies to 99% of permanent campers,... the 1% that remain are everywhere. The site is beautifully situated in a quiet location. The area is ideal for hiking and cycling, and there are many places of interest in northern Hesse. We will be back to see more. There is no kiosk on the site, but that didn't bother us. In Jesberg there is an Edeka supermarket with a drinks market and other shopping facilities such as the kiosk by the swimming pool or 2 butchers. And then there were the costs for our pitch; like 20 years ago, we had never camped so cheaply. The only thing we didn't like was the restaurant by the swimming pool. Unfortunately, our food consisted of ready-made products and some of it was just warmed up, the spray cream on the venison rounded everything off. However, there is a very good restaurant in the village and also various other options in Fritzlar to indulge in culinary delights. All in all, a very nice vacation!!! My wife and two children were completely satisfied. Peace, hiking and relaxation for the parents, swimming pool, soccer etc. for the children. A huge pitch with lots of space all around. Where else do you get that? The sanitary facilities are a bit... older, but absolutely clean! I am very sensitive, but I felt very comfortable. The permanent campers and the groundsman are very nice. A beautifully situated campsite surrounded by woods. The site is characterized by very nice permanent campers. There were two transit campers on site with us in the high season. There is an outdoor pool and a restaurant right next door. There was no kiosk... on the site, but this is not a problem as the shops are not far away. Smaller purchases can easily be done by bike. The sanitary facilities are old but clean, what more could you want? Especially as the price/performance ratio is excellent. We paid €16 per night for two adults, two children, caravan and car. Electricity and showers included. The groundsman is not always on site, but can be contacted by phone at any time if there are any problems.Перевод автоматический.
