Toilets in very poor condition, as well as showers, approx. 10 years old, overall the campsite needs modernisation.
The top price is 40 Euros per night in your own caravan.

Located right next to the thermal baths, the campsite is ideal for a visit. The staff are friendly and courteous. Everything is organized through the Hotel Lipa. The sanitary facilities are not the newest, but are kept clean. Part of the site is signposted as a naturist campsite.

Campsite right next to the swimming/thermal pools
We stayed at this campsite for 2 nights. The pitches are in the grounds of the thermal baths, right next to the large outdoor pool, which is actually an ideal location. However, the sanitary facilities are frequented by both campers and bathers in the public pool. As a result, cleanliness suffers throughout... the day, especially when the pool is busy on sunny days. In the morning, the sanitary facilities are tip-top. The pitches are not spectacular. Those who like thermal baths are in good hands here. Campers can also eat in the hotel restaurant, self-service. When arriving, please note that you must first register at the Hotel Lipa, where you will be given an access card (door/door opener) for the campsite. If you are standing in front of the campsite gate without this card, it could be difficult to maneuver your vehicle away from the gate again, as you are standing in the swimming pool parking lot.... and it is packed when the weather is nice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, they speak German and English.

The access regulation with the card is great, which made the problem of strangers on the site much better. I would like the water in the pools to be changed more often, especially in the pools by the hotel where most of the guests are.

The campsite is like a lighted, tree- and fence-enclosed place for a short stopover. Access to the thermal baths is included in the price and is possible at any time. Unfortunately, there is no sun protection at the thermal pools. There are no shopping facilities on the site, but they can be reached... by bike in about 10 minutes. The place is loud depending on the location, during the day music from the bath and at night noises from the distant industrial plant. Price performance for 2 people for 30 EUR are too expensive for me and will not recommend the place. Note: Registration takes place in the Hotel Lipa at the reception

The nudist pool should be emptied more often. Once a week is far too little. Assuming: 50 people per day x 7 !!! 350 people !!! So, please think about it !!! In other spas the water is changed every 2nd day !!! Internet is usually not available, although time is sold for it !!! The increased friendliness at reception is positive. That was not always the case !!! Otherwise the place is ok.
