Apart from 2 soccer goals on a meadow, there are no play facilities for children on the campsite. All activities for children cost money, so you shouldn't bring any "pocket money" with... you. The swimming pool is ok but too crowded and the staff don't pay attention that you are not allowed to take pictures. Occasionally felt a bit uncomfortable when everyone was taking photos with their cell phones or underwater cameras.
The restaurants within the oarke are completely overpriced and we waited over an hour for our main courses.
The pitch (motorhome) is paved and, contrary to what we were told on the phone, you can't put up a tent for the children as there isn't enough space.
Only the lagr to the dam is great. However, there are better places nearby.

We booked a motorhome pitch in advance, which went without a hitch. First of all, we were shocked at the price of 44 euros per night, which for 2 nights was a whopping 88 euros. Oh well, it... was for a milestone birthday. On site, we didn't get the pitch we had been promised because it was occupied and we couldn't take it because the trees would have scratched our motorhome. After complaining, we were allocated another one. Unfortunately, the pitches only have electricity on a slab pitch and nothing else. Unfortunately, the satellite system does not work on any of the motorhome pitches because of the tall trees. Unfortunately there is no TV connection. W Lan is partly free and has hardly any power. The absolute top hammer are the sanitary facilities. The cleaning lady tries her best and does a good job. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are so far down that it is a cheek to even put them into operation. When showering, the water gets less and less the more people shower. During peak times, an area is simply closed off and men and women have to share toilets and showers. We don't know when the park management last looked at the sanitary facilities, the price for a motorhome pitch of 44 euros per day is not justified at all, even if the park has this Aqua Mundo. We didn't use it at 30 degrees and preferred to go to the great beach. From our point of view, only commerce seems to count here and nothing more. But at this campsite, the weather doesn't matter at all. Rain or snow, you can spend wonderful days here. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor activities for young and old. It's just great there. The adventure pool invites you to enjoy hours in the water.... In the evening, enjoy a delicious beer in the adventure hall while the children romp on the trampoline, play mini golf or take part in one of the many other activities. Because of the children, we booked pitches on the large meadow, where you really have plenty of space. But here, too, you have to bear in mind that the pitches vary greatly in width and there is a lot of wind due to the large area. The... reception at the small reception is very friendly. We arrived on Thursday and were able to get to our pitches before the lunch break as they were already free. The site is very green, as you would expect from CenterParcs. In my opinion, the separation and yet connection of camping to a CenterParc is very successful. (and I would also prefer camping due to the frequently dilapidated bungalows :) I was initially disappointed with the sanitary block. Like many of the comments, it is kept very simple. BUT it was always very clean, which I didn't expect at first. Really TOP. The adjacent CenterParc offers lots of play opportunities for children (and adults). There is virtually constant entertainment. We chose this place over Whitsun to be able to go swimming regardless of the weather. The Brouwersdam is close by and easy to reach on foot or by bike. The typical Dutch beach is beautiful and spacious. Even in bad weather, it's a great place to enjoy a coffee (with rum). The place and the food in the associated restaurants are quite expensive. Over Whitsun it is only possible to book a subscription from Friday to Tuesday, then the price is good for what you get. The infrastructure of the Center Parcs is fully available. Pitches (caravans) in a circle with lots of space in the middle, e.g. for badminton or similar. The sanitary facilities are kept simple (HPL panels and coated concrete floor) but... were always clean. No fresh or gray water on the pitch, but WLAN everywhere (for a fee). We were a family with 2 children (4 and 14), the 4 year old was constantly "disappearing" in the playground or was allowed to take part in one or the other activity. The 14 year old mainly used the WLAN and unfortunately spent most of her time in the caravan to protect herself from a fresh air shock... As the campsite belongs to the CenterParc, you can use all the facilities including entry to the subtropical swimming paradise. - Doris S.August 2012Large campsite, centrally located next to the Market Dome and Aqua Mundo. Sanitary clean unfortunately only 2 buildings which is clearly too few for the mass of people. Staff and management TOP!!! Pitch was big enough. Own small one! Beach in 2 min. walking distance, suitable for small children. Our... son (11) found it quite good, especially the arcade with the machines, where in 10 min. 10 € gambling is zero problem. Now to my minus experience. Dogs allowed, but if you go to Holland to walk along the beach with your dog (very early in the morning) you are in the wrong place, the beach is a good 20 min. walk away :-(. There are dog toilets everywhere (cages approx. 4 x 4 meters)...you walk to the exit for about 5 minutes, along at least 60 pitches. Dogs are not allowed on the small beach. Please dear campers with dogs, everyone should finally clean up the poop, it's cruel to see how everything is covered in poop, then no one has to wonder that you won't be allowed to go anywhere with your dog! We paid €30 for the dog for the week, but that doesn't mean that I paid the €30 for waste disposal.Перевод автоматический.

They were clean, but I don't think it's up to date anymore if you have to tear off the toilet paper in the anteroom.... Great pitches, very shady because... of the tall trees. Ok, no water or waste water connections, but we didn't expect that either. Great location with great leisure facilities. Center Parcs, own small beach, great North Sea beach.
