- Jens B.September 2022ПоложительныеBeautiful locationОтрицательныеNo service at allNot at star levelNice location by the sea. Unfortunately there was no staff except for payment. Time slot for payment 9 - 10 o'clock in the morning. Restaurant closed.
Definitely too expensive for the service offered and the poor state of cleaning.Перевод автоматический. - Bettina O.August 2021ПоложительныеThe location at Torghatten is great. You can walk from the campsite to TorghattenОтрицательныеToilets, wash house, waste disposal and washing machines are a disaster for the expensive spaceA lot of money for catastrophic conditionsThe owner has a Michelin-starred restaurant here, he doesn't seem to be interested in the place itself and everything is dilapidated and totally filthy.Перевод автоматический.

The only place on our tour of Norway where a washing machine and dryer were included in the price. Really super!!!! We would love to come here again.Перевод автоматический.
- Suse F.July 2015ПоложительныеThe location and the sanitary facilitiesОтрицательныеThe price is quite high!Unique location below the TorghattenThis campsite is in a uniquely quiet and beautiful location below Torghatten, about 12 km from the small town of Bronnoysund. There are pitches with a view of the fjord, and the Hurtigrute sails along here every evening. From the campsite itself you can hike up to Torghatten or walk around it. Just before... the campsite is a parking lot with information boards, but the staff at reception are also available to answer questions. The pitches are mainly on grass, although we had no problems with getting stuck despite heavy rain and flooding of the site. The pitches are partly terraced and nice and level! The sanitary facilities are really nice and some of the best we had on our long Scandinavian tour. They are also cleaned several times a day! The kitchen, on the other hand, is rather small! There is also a restaurant attached to the campsite, but to be honest it was too expensive for us! (4-course menu in the evening costs NOK 650 per person)Перевод автоматический.
- Michael R.July 2015ПоложительныеRelatively new site with numerous pitches, mostly equipped with CEE, unparceled. New and clean sanitary facilities.ОтрицательныеMeadow pitches are always difficult when it rainsFantastically situated directly below the Torghatten on the fjordYou drive over a short steep gravel road (15-20m) directly to the Rezption and then the area divides to the left into the area of the huts, but there are also pitches there. To the right a wide meadow opens up - divided into 3 terraces - meadow unit at the small (what should I call it...?) lake which... invites the children to play there. The large, three-part pitch (viewed from the reception on the right) offers space for numerous mobile homes, caravans and tents. I think that a lot has happened here since the previous writers were active in 2014 and 2013. The upper and middle terraces, together with the smaller meadow in front, have a total of 6 CEE power columns with 8 connections each, which makes 48 connections. There was probably once a 7-post site - but see my pictures with commentary. The site makes a very well-kept impression, even if it is difficult to find grass pitches due to all the rain this year. But the camper himself always plays a decisive role here. If I want to plow through a wet meadow with my car, it's no trouble at all! But if I want to leave the wet meadow in a good condition, then I have to use the horsepower of my car! Back to the campsite: The reception has a small area that you can use, e.g. to access the internet. WLAN is free, but ultimately only works in the reception area - even if you are told otherwise when you check in. The main part of this building is used as a restaurant and has a well-kept ambience. We were unable to try it out due to the prevailing rejection (ban?) of dogs in restaurants and shopping centers etc. in Norway. However, the impression the menu and the number of visitors made on us was positive. Diagonally opposite is a building on a slope which houses apartments with a balcony overlooking the sea on the upper floor and workrooms and sanitary facilities in the basement. If you walk towards the sanitary facilities, you get the feeling of a - well, rubble hall is an exaggeration, but at least an untidy storage area - through which you then find the entrance to the sanitary area and kitchen (secured with an electronic lock). When you open the door, you find modern, bright rooms: On the left the ladies -on the right the kitchen with stove, oven, 2 chairs, NO table- and straight ahead the men. Everything is modern and state of the art. The facility was in a clean condition on 2 days of our stay. Although not old, the wooden frame of one shower cubicle is already rotten, which indicates poor drainage. The ascent to the Torghatten begins within walking distance of the campsite - you simply have to experience it. We walked up the shortest way from the parking lot and down the other side of 'the hole' (attention: GOOD footwear!!!) and then back to the campsite. A great tour. In summary, this is definitely one of the few better places on our 8-week Nordkapp tour.Перевод автоматический.
- Mike W.June 2015Положительныеvery good hiking opportunities, fjord view, from Brønnøysund you can take a mini-cruise with HurtigrutenОтрицательныеsomewhat steep access roadNice quiet campsite off the RV 17In June 2015 we stayed at the campsite for 3 days with our WW. June is still low season and therefore there were very few campers on the site. The sanitary facilities are modern but I could imagine that when the site is full it gets a bit tight with capacity. The site is very clean.Перевод автоматический.
- Andreas S.June 2014ПоложительныеLocationОтрицательныеSanitary facilities too scarceAny time again(June 2014)Well-kept grass pitch with a beautiful view of the fjord and free choice of pitch. If you don't need a power connection, you can pitch on one of the higher pitches with the best view. Power points are generally few and far between. The sanitary facilities are new and very clean. A little more... expensive but worth it. Showers and WLAN are included in the price. A somewhat upmarket restaurant (not a chip shop) is attached to the campsite and includes the reception. A few signs for the disposal of the chemical toilet, fresh water and waste water would be helpful. The access road is quite steep and only gravel! The attraction is the huge mountain hole in the Torghatten, which can be easily reached on foot from the campsite. Fishing is possible from the shore. Note: Because the flatness of the site was mentioned, there are currently 11 motorhomes here, all without wedges without exception. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We were here again in August 2017. Not much has changed. The sanitary building is still not painted and looks like a building site. The pitch could be tidier. Piles of disposable barbecues could also be disposed of. There is a new jetty in the bay, which was used by a cruise ship to land guests who had hiked to the mountain hole. A few campsite visitors also have their boats moored there. The best news is that there are three canoes in the separate part of the lagoon, which are free to use and which the children really enjoy using. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Edit 2019: We were here again in mid-July. Very friendly welcome in English. The pitches have now been parceled out and are allocated. However, special requests are taken into account, whereby there are four different price categories depending on the location and view, from NOK 350 to NOK 450 including showers and WiFi. The site has been extended to the east and an additional high plateau has been created with approx. 15 pitches including electricity columns. However, the ground there is only gravel and not all pitches have a good sea view. (see photos) Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities have not been extended. With an estimated 200 pitches, there are only 3 showers and 3 toilets for men. (Your glasses will never get cold.) A tip for evening planning, in mid-July at around 19:45 the sun disappears behind the mountain.Перевод автоматический.
- Jörg B.July 2013Uneven meadow terrain, completely sodden ground after prolonged rain. Torghatten within walking distance.Перевод автоматический.
