Great place to explore the surrounding area, Santa Claus Village (very touristy!), the city (be sure to visit the Arktikum!) and as a starting point for routes further north

The entrance on the main road is poorly marked, but will be improved when the construction work on the road is finished.
Beautiful place outside of Rovaniemi
Beautifully laid out site by a river, in a quiet location. In the upper area are the reception, rental bungalows, sanit. Facilities and kitchen/washing up, on the lower terrace, directly on the river, the pitches for motorhomes and caravans incl. power supply. The site is well maintained and clean, all... facilities in good condition and clean everywhere. Very friendly, multilingual staff, easy check-in, free choice of pitches. The large Santa Claus Park and the center of Rovaniemi are only a few minutes' drive from the site. It's definitely worth a visit, even if you're not necessarily thinking about Santa Claus in summer.

6,5 км от центра Рованиеми, зимой проживание только в коттеджах (кемпинга - нет)
Napapiirin Saarituvat - максимальное слияние с природой, рядом с полярным кругом
если вы на автомобиле/мотоцикле/велосипеде,- то 6,5 км от центра города вас не должны испугать. ухоженное место с прекрасным видом на реку, песчаным пляжем и отличной сауной на береговой линии. дружелюбное отношение владельцев/животных/птиц :)

Mosquito camping site:)
Very nice place for sightseeing! Quiet and peaceful place, ideal for swimming in river. During summer- a lot of mosquitos to kill:) Access to free WiFi. Price- 32EUR/day including electricity.

A great place. The huts are at the top and the mobile homes are down by the water. Showers are fine as long as there are no buses. Santa Park is very close by. WLAN reception only up on the terrace. 28,-- € incl. electricity. My rating: 2

Highly recommended. Beautifully situated, quiet. Friendly reception. We were surprised to be able to speak German. Napapiiri Center and Santa Claus Pakr very close by. We hope to come again.
