As a pitch tenant, I was allocated a permanent pitch in 2021. I used this plot to renovate a caravan and create my dream garden. After I received a lot of praise from other campers for my project, my relationship with the owner couple deteriorated. I was accused of things and the tone changed to accusations. YOU HAVE TO WORK HARD TO EARN ENVY. The negative points can be listed quickly. Anyone who has experienced me knows that my drive and my performance stood for what I made of it. I would like to thank the CAMPERS who encouraged me. These complete strangers approached me and I was amazed at their assessment. In Sept 2022, after such a short time, I was given a warning to give up my garden. Everything I had started with dedication was torn down and razed to the ground. A surveillance camera had already been installed on the site beforehand. Everyone who approached the public passageway was filmed. This not only annoyed me as a permanent tenant, I spoke to Mr. Siebach about it. His answer was that it was for everyone's safety, because there were so many shady characters on the campsite. I knew that such behavior must be reported, with a notice that must be visible at the entrance. My conclusion about the stay The camper is good for paying, but otherwise its own laws apply. I experienced a side of the operator couple that was only focused on business and profit. Exclusion was one of their specialties.

Very clean campsite, sanitary facilities just like in a good hotel, very good gas facilities, extremely friendly staff, service with bus transfer simply great. This campsite is highly recommended!

A place of peace and relaxation, not just for stressed city dwellers
The term "garden idyll" is apt and it is partly thanks to the permanent campers that this impression is immediately apparent to every visitor after a quick look around the small site. The site is a real place of tranquillity, although there are also play facilities, especially for younger children. There... is space for three to five motorhomes or caravans on unparcelled meadows. Entry and exit through the double-leaf fence gate is possible at any time - there are no closing times! The entire site is very well maintained and tidy and is equipped with everything that caravans and motorhomes could need, except for a chemical disposal facility on site. A bakery offers fresh baked goods every two days. There are plenty of toilets and the sanitary building is heated in the cold season. The showers are pleasantly large, the water is hot with sufficient pressure and there are no coin-operated machines. Use of the showers costs one euro per person per night, which is entirely reasonable. The operator constantly ensures that the showers and toilets are kept clean. It is therefore not difficult for all users to use them just as considerately. The accommodation costs are inexpensive and more than reasonable. We agreed a flat rate of 15 euros per night over Easter for the caravan with electricity and shower for two people. For more than three nights, a discount would even have been possible. In addition to the camping facilities, the Siebach couple, as site operators, also offer overnight accommodation for visitors, cyclists, skaters or hikers at very affordable prices in rooms, a hut or a caravan. Although the region is increasingly suffering from the rural exodus of young people, the area around Buchholz certainly offers many attractions, not only during the asparagus season, to which some medieval castles and many of the open country farms with their diverse offerings certainly contribute. Berlin and Potsdam are within easy reach for strolling or sightseeing and can also be easily reached by public transport. The place is highly recommended for anyone looking to slow down or just spend a little more undisturbed time in a healthy and increasingly organic environment. The possibility of inexpensive accommodation for campers and non-campers at the same time also offers families or other interest groups the opportunity to get together.
