Pitch uneven, grass very high, garbage on every corner, everywhere stinks of garbage and toilet. Staff very unfriendly, definitely not welcome as a German. Nice playground and petting zoo. Supermarket good selection but very expensive. Swimming pool and other attractions... only open at weekends or during Dutch vacations. We canceled our booking approx. 2 weeks before departure in the high season and are now receiving reminders for an amount that still exceeds the original travel price!!! Very nice, spacious (subtropical) swimming pool with slides, whirlpools and tires. Supermarket, restaurant, chip shop etc. on site. Free mini golf! Sanitary building in container form,... well. Everything is closed except the reception, only on weekends is the swimming pool, restaurant and grocery store open. Washrooms are not heated and a lot of car traffic on the site. Sanitary facilities clean, but not enough showers, unsatisfactory equipment for this category and container type instead of building. Totally unappealing. Also plastic connection... pillars on the pitch. For me it was the "plastic pitch". Very noisy due to the many children (which is to be expected for such a place and therefore not to be interpreted negatively). Very large pitches! Very good mini market, in the other building also soft ice cream, fries, hamburgers and other Dutch fried stuff available (if you like it....) The site was full of leaves, broken branches etc. at the start of the season. In our area, only the men's toilet and shower side was open, which was then used by both... men and women. Only after a clear complaint was the women's side opened after a few days. Pitch with building site areas and very unkempt areas. Right next to the site there were probably several accommodation blocks for harvest workers. It was often very noisy here in the evenings. I will definitely not be visiting this site again. Nevertheless, we liked the bathroom itself. 2nd place very nice, sanitary absolutely simple, not even soap or towels for washing hands. What a shame... 3. why do... the operators there have a waste water connection at every supply column, but no possibility to connect fresh water? It's nonsense, especially as these strange time-controlled taps don't work anyway and use more water than you could waste with a fixed connection. Absolutely incomprehensible. 3. we were traveling during peak travel time, but it took us an incredible 2 hours to register. There was a queue like in front of an amusement park.
