It's remote and practically at the end of a road on a small peninsula on the Bolmen.
The operators are very friendly and keep the site in good condition. The sanitary facilities are clean and there are plenty of them. You can go there spontaneously, but as the site... is not very large, it is an advantage to contact them in advance.
It's a good idea to have some food with you, as it's a 20km drive to the nearest shops. Bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered in advance.
The trip to Minivärlden in Ljungby (approx. 50 minutes' drive) or Toy World in Helsingborg (approx. 1:45 hours' drive) is not only worthwhile on rainy days.

- Christina K.June 2013The cottage we rented was in poor condition. The refrigerator door was so rusty that it could barely be opened. Lumpy and bad mattresses / pillows. The microwave in the communal kitchen did not work, the stove in the same kitchen should have been replaced 20 years ago. No hot water in the cottage, only... in the common area and in the shower the hot water cost money if you had change with you. The cabin cost "only" 650 SEK/night. The table was the size of a small tray and the cabin had six beds, but you can eat in batches. The common toilet was about 100 meters away. At another cabin there was a "bajamaja" in the forest to use.Automaticky preložené.
