The leaves on the pitches had probably been there for 2 years and there was also a lot of garbage from previous guests. Many broken branches in the trees so that you had to be afraid that one would fly on your head. The sanitary facilities were... just as dirty on the 3rd day as on the 1st. We had no electricity, but despite complaining no one came by. There was a ridiculous 8 euro reduction for this.
There is a pond by the restaurant. If there wasn't a fountain you wouldn't have noticed it. It was full of algae. Really disgusting.
We went for a pizza in the restaurant. My eyes were on the counter, so I could see that our pizzas had been there for 20 minutes. The staff were busy gossiping. Of course, there was no excuse for cold pizzas. We would have liked another espresso, but no staff appeared.
We left on the third day and drove to a 3-star campsite. It was so great that it deserved more than 5 stars.

Sanitary facilities are not cleaned but only flooded. Limescale residue everywhere on the walls. Showers did not work well. We were a little shocked by the negative reviews. But as soon as we arrived, we were surprised by the friendliness of the staff. As we walked around the site, we immediately noticed the renovated sanitary facilities. Every day they were thoroughly cleaned with... sanitary cleaner. The cleaning ladies were also considerate if someone was taking a shower. We were a little disappointed with the restaurant, which was not really ready for guests in May. Prices inflated... 5 nectarines, 2 mini cucumbers, 1 lettuce € 9.00, supermarket in the off-season very poorly stocked, no animation, left after 6 days, camping pitch for off-season very expensive and no performance! From Monday to Thursday animation until 1:45 am at a volume that you can't sleep. From 11:45 pm to 4:00 am, at the weekend until 6:00 am disco right outside the campsite. We left after 1 week totally exhausted and with rims around our eyes. We had booked 2 weeks. We won't... be back. The staff also didn't care about the young people running from the disco animation music to the disco at 2am. It is loud and there is shouting. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place for families at all. Many families during this period went to camping security at night and complained about the immense noise. Unfortunately, nobody cared. Many left beforehand. Sanitary facilities left a lot to be desired. There were no toilet seats in our wash house. One toilet flushed continuously during the week we were there. It was not repaired, even though there was a water shortage.Samodejno prevedeno.

Cold no milk foam with old stale coffee. Wifi totally overpriced at 18 euros a week. Only available in the restsurant area and beach and then it constantly breaks down. Not much for young people in the low season.Great place for relaxing and excursionsWe love being here and this is our 17th time...we have been coming here (almost) every year since 1995. And it's certainly not dirty here... It's just southern! - Both in the resort and even more so in the surrounding area. Nevertheless, the site (which has won several awards from the ADAC) is simply... top for these latitudes! Sure... The sanitary facilities have been neglected for too long. But more and more are now being renovated every year. However, the cleanliness of the site can only be praised in comparison to the surrounding area. It has an ideal location for excursions by car and/or public transport to Rome, Naples, Pompeii, Caserta, Casino, Vesuvius, the Amalfi Coast, the islands of Capri, Ischia, Ponza and and and..... Sure... The place is not really suitable for party people. Although something has changed here too in recent years... A rather noisy discotheque outside the campsite on some summer nights. If the pitch is too close... Ouch... There are lots of nice, tasty and reasonably priced restaurants in the nearby village of Cellole. It's your own fault if you buy food in the supermarket at the campsite... We don't do that anywhere... What else is there to say...? Yes... We haven't been there for two years now... And have withdrawal symptoms... Cellole is the capital of Mozzarella di Buffala... Soooooo delicious. And only here! No comparison to what is sold under this name in Germany!!! So... See for yourselves... We love BAIA :-) By the way... And shopping is best done in the MC Arthur Outlet Caserta South :-) (it takes a full day...)Samodejno prevedeno.

Music, in principle, did not interfere, but this freak yells into the microphone all night. When do I rest? I will never return to this campground and will not recommend it to anyone. No disco, not overcrowded, very friendly and helpful staff, great long sandy beach, very nice pool. The campsite is beautifully laid out and we really liked the restaurant. Prices... were absolutely fine. The sanitary facilities are a bit old and could do with some renovation. Overall, we felt very comfortable. The campsite is definitely recommended in the low season. The sea is very suitable for small children at this point, as it is very shallow and there is a sandbank in front of the beach.Samodejno prevedeno.

However, the very loud entertainment that goes on until 2 a.m. and the open-air disco opposite until the early hours of the morning put us off another visit. The outdated and not very clean wash houses add to this and there is a plague of army ants all over the site. The ADAC Best Campsite 2015 rating is not justified at all and the price is exaggerated.Samodejno prevedeno.

The size takes some getting used to, but apart from that we found the sound at the pool unpleasant. The staff were not exactly friendly, both at reception and in the restaurant, and the somewhat larger playground is at the far end of the campsite, so it's... not easy to get to. Therefore mostly empty. The sanitary facilities do not correspond to a 4 star campsite in my opinion. Very worn out and unclean. The beach, especially at the back of the campsite, was very well maintained and quiet. So swimming was a lot of fun. Nevertheless, we left after a week. The pitches are huge, you can choose between full shade and partial shade. The sanitary facilities are old but were always neat and clean and were cleaned several times a day. The restaurant was good and normal priced, the store was large but unfortunately... no longer well stocked. Meat e.g. for the barbecue was not available every day. The fruit store, on the other hand, was great, with a super selection and very reasonably priced. The beach is very nice. Almost all the staff speak German and they are also very friendly. In this season, everything around is already closed and the neighboring village was pretty much deserted. There was also no meat left in the supermarket in this village. In the high season, all hell breaks loose here, but we will never see that :-)Samodejno prevedeno.
