- Carsten S.May 2018PozitivnoView to the seaNegativnoSanitary and pizzaPerfect for exploring GenoaAccess very steep but cool and Italian. Sanitary facilities and pizza - a nogo. MH without TV, radio or wifi - a nogo. Air conditioning and bed linen for an extra charge. Typical Italy - the main thing is expensive!Samodejno prevedeno.
- Tichopádová H.September 2015Pozitivnoprice 12,60E/person, picturesque town, train connection to Genoa and Cinque Terrethe campsite is on a steep slope, the stairs to the town are great for fitnessBeautiful place, excellent connection to Genoa by train, free bus from the campsite to the trains, everything can be arranged. Staff friendly and helpful.Samodejno prevedeno.
- Franziska R.September 2014Camping on the mountainThe place is located on a hillside high on a mountain you are about 10-15 minutes walk to the beach via a steep staircase mountain, but there is also the convenient option with the free shuttle bus from the square. WLAN is free at the kiosk, with a dog you can stay there very well, but the big flaw are the sanitary facilities, big plus is the view over the gulf, otherwise friendly staff communication in English possibleSamodejno prevedeno.
- Mathilde D.August 2014PozitivnoNo reservations, quiet, very good for tents, shuttle bus, scooters to rent, friendly staff, bread rolls, small storeNegativnoNot for motorhomes and caravans (actually, because campers are among themselves)Super nice view for tents, romantic, real Italian bathingWe have already been to this site 3 times because it is so beautifully situated. With a tent and if you are looking for peace and quiet there is no better place near Genoa. The staff were always very welcoming to the guests, the campsites are not parceled out, shady, you don't have to worry about your... property because everyone who is there has little. The bus goes 5 times a day to the beach and back to the mountain of peace. The beach is really nice Italian , there are small cheap lunch dishes to eat . to Genoa you can go very well by bus (cheap) . Welan is free at the kiosk, which is really great. The wash house. Has about 5 showers with toilet to lock, it was always clean, as far as possible on the campsite. I also used the washing machine, which is very practical. So I can only recommend this placeSamodejno prevedeno.
- Anne K.August 2014Positive surprise: comparatively cheap, very friendly campsite! When we arrived at the campsite, we were immediately greeted and briefed in a friendly manner. Admittedly, we were lucky when choosing our pitch (camper van) and were able to get the best pitch by far with a wonderful sea view. In fact, there were often a few camper vans parked in the middle of the campsite... away from the official-looking pitches, which was probably also due to the peak travel season (but in such a case, if you have a problem with standing on a pitch that is not designated as a pitch, you can simply drive on). Although I can only speak for our pitch, I always had the impression - also from talking to other campers who "lived" in other corners of the campsite - that it was a very quiet site, with a background noise consisting mainly of the chirping of crickets, despite the peak travel season, apart from a few cars struggling up the hill. Overall, the site is not too big and extends over the side of a mountain above Bogliasco that faces the sea, at an altitude of around 500m, in terraces and largely shaded by trees. These 500m can either be climbed via a "staircase" or with the help of the free shuttle bus that runs 5 times a day. We mostly walked, which turned out to be strenuous at first, but is perfectly doable at a moderate pace. There is also an easily accessible supermarket about halfway to the beach, as well as a small but very nice shopping street with stores for everyday needs near the train station. From the station, all the interesting places to visit in the region (Genoa, Savona, Noli-Spotorno, Cinque Terre, Camogli....) can be reached for little money and in a short time; just ask at the station information desk, where you will be given very friendly advice in perfect English. All in all, the campsite itself is very clean and the sanitary facilities are of a standard that is appropriate for a campsite. There is a small sanitary block with 2 showers and a toilet each for men and women, as well as a larger sanitary facility further up the hill with a total of 8 washrooms (washbasin, shower with hot water included in the price and toilet in one room). At peak times it could get a bit crowded here (especially for the ladies), but otherwise the number of washing facilities was completely sufficient. As far as cleanliness and hygiene are concerned, one should not assume the hygienic standards of a guesthouse here. It goes without saying that nowhere on a campsite is clinically clean, but if everyone sticks to the "everyone cleans up their own mess" rule that applies on this campsite and uses the wipers provided to quickly wipe down the shower, there are no problems here either. Toilets and showers were actually always good and usable without feeling disgusting. Food and drink are also well catered for. In the campsite's own restaurant, you are spoiled with good food and great service at fair prices, and in the small mini-market you can get everything you need, from bread to shampoo to ice-cold beer. But what you always get at this campsite is a warm smile, a few personal words and a good tip. Without exception, the entire team is really very welcoming and radiates exactly the kind of joy and sympathy that you would wish for on a trip to this beautiful region. The originally planned one night ended up being 6, before we came back for another 4 nights because we didn't like it anywhere else as much as this place, so we spent 10 out of 14 days of our vacation here. We would come back any time!Samodejno prevedeno.
- Karsten L.July 2014PozitivnoGood value, good food, close to GenoaNegativnodifficult access, poor sanitary facilities, small parking spaces on a slopeWe didn't like the placeDo not drive up there with a long vehicle. If you walk down the stairs to the beach, you have a beautiful view of the sea and can go for a swim. For overnight stays and trips to Genoa. The small restaurant is highly recommended, simple but tasty. The sanitary facilities are scary.Samodejno prevedeno.
- Ulf D.September 2013Friendly crew, good food in the well-frequented restaurant; very good starting point for visits to Genoa, shuttle service to/from Bogliasco station; very small site with very few and small pitches for caravans / camper vans; sanitary facilities problematic (very small: 2 showers, 2 toilets for all), but sufficiently clean;Samodejno prevedeno.
- greg b.June 2011campsite with horrible sanitary facilities. the road at the site is used as a parking space. rotting caravans complete the picture of the terraced site. the driveway can only be managed within a certain radius for motorhomes with a long overhang and larger caravans. you are only told this when you sit... in the back. only the adjoining restaurant is really very good. very narrow and steep driveway. expensive for what is on offer. you can safely skip it.Samodejno prevedeno.
