Here would be some investment for the benefit of the owners!Beautiful locationThe Camping della Fate impresses with its beautiful location! The beautiful village of Mergozza is just a 10-minute walk away. There are many good, reasonably priced restaurants/bars/gelaterias to stop off at! The campsite is small and perhaps less suitable in the high season if you value peace and relaxation.... The pitches are rather small and the sanitary facilities definitely (!!!) in need of improvement! With little effort could be optimized here, eg at the showers, a bench, clothes racks, etc. would be desirable! There are also no closed washrooms. Everything is open and little is covered! The complex is generally kept clean and the owners are nice. We found the prices high compared to the sanitary facilities! We found our stay pleasant, despite the hustle and bustle of a big event on the last day, we felt comfortable!Samodejno prevedeno.- Sabrina b.May 2014again and againHave been permanent campers for 8 years. Top staff. Top location. In 5 minutes you are in the village where you can shop, eat, there is a market on Tuesdays. There are also larger stores and markets in the area. Toilet facilities are okay. That's all you need. But they are always super clean. The campsite has free boat hire. Table tennis table. Table football. Children's playground. - Elena P.July 2013We rented a mobile home. Dogs are not allowed in the mobile home, but they are allowed in the tent. The campground is simple but clean, quiet and equipped with all the basic needs. It is quiet and geared towards people who want to do sports or hiking in the beautiful surroundings. Heartwarming reception,... not formal and very friendly staff. There is a cafe at the campground though. There is no restaurant or supermarket on site but at the cafe you can buy bread and something for a simple meal. The village is 500 m. away and there are stores there. 5 Km away there is a large shopping center. The area is aimed at people looking for peace and quiet or an active vacation. Ideal for mountain hiking, cycling and water sports. There are some places to do something in the evening but there is no real nightlife. In the village there are many restaurant and pizzeria making it possible to have something to eat in all budget classes. The people there are generally very nice. - Jutta O.August 2012The campsite is beautifully situated, but the pitches are so tiny that house tent meets house tent. The ground is gravel almost everywhere, which requires good sleeping pads in the tent. All pitches that are not on the water have extremely close through traffic from 2 sides. The prices are high and the operators are extremely enterprising. You have to be careful with the bills and fight back! However, we found the site clean.Samodejno prevedeno.

- Henning G.June 2010Quite a small site, about one kilometer from the village of Mergozzo, located directly on the lakeshore. A rather simple campsite which, according to the manager, would like to see itself as such. It was perfectly adequate for our requirements. The sanitary facilities were basic but always tiptop. Overall,... a rather well-established and predominantly German-speaking crowd there. Good starting point for extensive hikes in the Valle Grande National Park.Samodejno prevedeno.
