"Beautifully landscaped square - We (couple) were there for the 2nd time. It is a very well-kept, beautifully laid out site. The privacy on the B. pitches is limited. The pigeons are too many. The washing area for car and surf equipment could not be used not be used (lack of water) Apparently this does not apply to A pitches.

"Ms. Drs. - Dear employees of Aquarius, I would like to thank you for the pleasant reception and help in solving the switching on of the heat boiler. Also my thanks for the shuttle order (which arrived exactly on time). This way I was able to continue my journey on time. You guys are top!!!

"Dissatisfied with the space - We didn't like the place at all. Very untidy and overcrowded. Everyone stands where they want. Underground farmland very dirty. Reception and restaurant staff unfriendly. Restaurant also very expensive and table only against pre-orders. The supermarket had far too many German products. Beach nice sandy beach but that was it. Not even a water point. All in all a place we will not visit again.

"Very nice (German) place directly on the beach - The site, with its 430 pitches, is located at the end of a cul-de-sac that leads past apple orchards to the sea. This means that you really won't be confronted with any road noise here, either during the day or at night. The site is located directly on the large, wide sandy beach, which is popular with many kite surfers due to the constant wind (only in the afternoon). There is a lot of nature in the surrounding area, including other campsites. Absolutely no 'Costa-Brava-Remmi-demmi-feeling'! The pitches are often parceled out with hedges/bushes and are not particularly spacious. Many trees provide shade (and bird droppings). There is a 'dog area' (3 out of 23 rows), which we found very pleasant. This should be part of every campsite's concept: the dog owners can talk directly to all (dog) neighbors about their dogs, visit each other, bark - and the rest has their peace. Absolutely TOP solution! The sanitary facilities are clean, spacious, ample and constantly cleaned. There were always cleaning staff around - TOP! The site has a very well-stocked store (designed for German needs), although it is very expensive. But you can also buy camping equipment/spare parts of all kinds. There is no pool, which distinguishes it from the neighboring pitches and probably makes for a more relaxed atmosphere. The site is absolutely dominated by German vacationers, who make up 95% of the guests here. You have to like that... The staff at reception (and there are many of them) all speak perfect German and are very helpful. We were able to extend our stay several times, but never had to 'commit' to this extension, but could have left any day earlier. This is more than fair, especially as the campsite is almost fully booked until the end of the season (make sure you book in advance!). With a price of €30 per night in the low season, the pitch is correctly priced.

Profil

Camping Aquarius is located in Sant Pere Pescador, in the north of the Costa Brava in the Bay of Roses, a true holiday paradise. We offer fully equipped accommodation, a wide range of pitches (some of which are dog-friendly) and …an excellent service, for which the campsite and its team have received several awards. All pitches are easily accessible by caravan. The grass areas on all pitches are slightly sloping. The pitches are laid out so that the car fits next to the caravan. We also have additional parking spaces for your vehicle in the guarded car park at the entrance to the campsite and charging stations for electric cars. Both sunny and shady pitches are available. The pitches at the Aquarius campsite have an average size of 70 to 110 m² and are equipped with electricity. The sanitary facilities are designed with families in mind: with spacious showers and baths for small children. We also have a toilet for people with reduced mobility. The Aquarius campsite is a true paradise for pets. We have special pitches, walking paths and showers for your pet! In the car wash you will find the service water disposal for motorhomes and there are several connections for emptying chemical toilets on the campsite. The ideal place for a relaxing holiday as a couple or with the whole family, as the campsite is located directly on the beach and in the middle of a nature reserve! The activity and entertainment programme offers a wide range of options for all ages, and the surrounding area invites you to discover the nature, gastronomy, culture and incredible corners of the region. A true paradise on the Costa Brava!
