Friendliness - all generations of the Arquin family are very friendly, service-oriented, uncomplicated and fun. A lot has been renovated and invested in the last few months.NegativnoThe WLAN could be better.We felt very comfortable - as always!We've been here again - always before the season really gets going or after Christmas. And we'll definitely be back. The overall package is perfect for us: mountains, sun, nature, cycle paths, hiking trails, golf course, Merano and Bolzano very close, good food in the restaurant on site and in other... restaurants in the area, easy accessibility, tiptop clean sanitary facilities at any time of day, friendly natural contact when booking, arrival and departure, shopping facilities within walking distance, bus stop within walking distance, quiet location on the outskirts of the village in the middle of apple orchards; perfect starting point for sports activities in the area; andandandand....Samodejno prevedeno.

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful.NegativnoOn the negative side, if you can call it such, is the fact of hot water in the showers. In the sense, it says and we were aware of the fact, if the campground is full and the supply of hot water ran out, you had to wait a moment for the system to refill x find it hot. Aware of this we would arrange our schedules.Camping Arquin in the winter period from 28/12 to 5/1/2025During our overnight stay, we did not have any kind of inconvenience to get around or simply to go shopping as we were with the caravan and once we were positioned, we had our car to move around freely, so I cannot say what public transportation is like xè I have never taken it. However, the center of Lana is close enough.
