"Europapark Rust Camping - One water connection for the whole campsite, lugging water cans several times over several hundreds of meters. It's really an absurdity! Too few sanitary facilities for the size of the site. Showers much too small, no storage facilities! Something should definitely be done about this. Food in the salon was not necessarily cheap, but very tasty. Otherwise everything was great, very nice staff!

"There is still room for improvement - The pitch has a bit of the character of a parking lot, but it's nice and flat and there's no muddy mess when it rains. Depending on the size of the pitch, you have enough space, but it's not really comfortable. Unfortunately, the showers, although nicely designed, are very few, there is only a small shelf in the showers, no hooks on the doors but a sink. Some of the water was lukewarm. Basically, the available showers and toilets are far too few for the size of the room. The prices in the saloon are rather high, for drinks just short of outrageous. Prices for pizza also very high or pizza too small. Bread rolls very expensive. We found the prices too high for what was on offer, you don't have to take every euro by force, especially since a lot of guests probably go to the park and leave a lot of money there. The design as a campsite definitely has room for improvement, as already mentioned the design of the buildings is very nice, like everything in the park. If the site were a bit more in the direction of a campsite instead of a pitch, as the price has already moved in this direction, it would score more points

"Adventurous... - A large, noisy parking lot with lots of campers meets a single, small sanitary building. When going to the toilet becomes an adventure and you have to join the long queue at the wash house in the morning. The food is extremely expensive (a normal baked roll costs 60 cents, a Coke (0.5 l) costs €3.50). You don't get a barrier chip, the "gatekeeper" opens the barrier for you. So there is no check on how many cars are driving on it. Our neighbors had two cars at the same time, and our plot was simply used.

"Perfect for a visit to Europa-Park - Great place for a short vacation and to visit the Europa-Park. The arrival is super organized and you are welcomed very nicely. In addition to the entrance ticket the next day, there was also a "last hour ticket" for the day of arrival. What a great idea! On the other hand, campers no longer have half an hour earlier access as overnight guests. There was also a €1 discount for the park's own movie theater. Unfortunately, the pitches look like a parking lot. The roads are concreted and the pitches are paved with grass pavers. Makes everything very clean and tidy, but unfortunately also a bit sterile. But you usually only stay here for a short trip. WLAN was very good for a CP and free of charge. Unfortunately, there was no water connection on site. The resort area with restaurant, sanitary facilities and wash house is designed in Western style - typically Europa-Park with a lot of love! In addition to a drinks and deposit machine, there is even a pharmacy machine. I've never seen anything like it. The toilets were very clean and nice. I could imagine that it could be a bit tight during the main holiday season. But if necessary, you can also use the toilet in the adjacent resort. The village of Rust is directly adjacent to the park and is within walking distance. There you will find everything a vacationer needs. Logical with the neighbors... Conclusion: Great for a short vacation with a visit to the park. And that's exactly what we rated here!!!

"Amusement park parking space - Beautifully laid out pitch for motorhomes, vans, caravans, tents or for overnight stays in tipis or covered wagons. Suitable for guests of Europa Park or Rulantica, otherwise rather noisy due to the park (during the day) and away from other activities. It's not a place to rest, but that's not what you come to Europa Park for ;) Otherwise friendly staff, activities for children with campfire, live band in the restaurant, rodeo riding etc. The prices for bread rolls etc. are enormously high, the quality rather mediocre. Wonderful for a trip to the park, we enjoyed our time!

"Good for a short stay - The campsite is ideal for a trip to Europapark - just a 10-minute walk to the park. The caravan pitches are close together and the ground is completely paved with grass pavers - it is therefore quite difficult to secure an awning properly. What we found very good is that there are lots of benches/tables, some of which are covered. The barbecue areas are very nice. The well-maintained playground is covered. There is also a natural swimming pond. The sanitary facilities were very busy in the morning when we were there (early August). There were waiting times (which would have happened even without Corona, as unfortunately some campers did not adhere to the hygiene regulations) The food in the Silver Lake Saloon was very tasty, but in our opinion the plate could have been more generously stocked for the price. We will come back for a short vacation if necessary.

Those who prefer to sleep in their "own home" will find their happiness on our campsite with 200 pitches for caravans and mobile homes. Only five minutes' walk from Europa-Park, the area features modern sanitary facilities, Western kiosk with bread …service, water and electricity connections, tennis courts, children's playground and even an idyllic swimming lake.
