"Beautiful campsite - Very nicely laid out campsite. From the pitches at the top you have a great view of Cres and you can do many things directly on site. The sanitary facilities are constantly cleaned and are super clean! Fruit and vegetables are available from a stand. There is a kiosk with a few groceries, but the kiosk has very limited opening hours and bread, for example, was usually sold out after 1-2 hours...

"Outrageously expensive! - You get ripped off here. We've been to a few luxury campsites, but the price/performance ratio isn't right here. A reasonable price would be max. 50- 55€!

"Rest - We were completely satisfied here. Initially only wanted to stay for one night but then extended to 3 nights. The campsite offers a lot of peace and quiet and beautiful sunsets, where dolphins occasionally come by. Showers were a bit scarce, otherwise everything was clean and perfectly adequate for us. For us, the most pleasant campsite of our trip so far.

"Schöner Platz mit schlechtem Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis - Der Campingplatz ist grundsätzlich schön gelegen und bietet große Stellplätze in Hanglage. Der Strand ist sehr sauber gehalten und es existieren sowohl ein kleiner Laden als auch ein Restaurant sowie eine Bar. Leider stimmt das Verhältnis aus Preis und gebotener Leistung überhaupt nicht. Nachfolgend eine Auflistung der gröbsten Mängel: - Zu wenig Waschräume und Spülmöglichkeiten. Zudem war ein auf der Karte ausgewiesenes WC/Spülhaus anfänglich sogar geschlossen (in der Hauptsaison!), später wurde das WC geöffnet, aber eines nicht verschließbar. Die Hähnen am Spülbecken waren bis auf einen abmontiert, und der Versuch, an diesem zu Spülen, wurde von einem Angestellten ziemlich unfreundlich beendet. - Die Duschen am Strand waren ebenfalls abmontiert, vor allem vor den Frauenduschen war nachmittags regelmäßig eine Schlange. - Ein tropfender Wasserhahn am Spülbecken wurde nicht repariert oder ersetzt, sondern einfach abmontiert. Danach gab es an diesem Waschhaus nur noch eine (1) Spülmöglichkeit. - Personal ist - bis auf wenige Ausnahmen in der Rezeption und im Laden - unfreundlich. - Qualität der Drinks an der Bar korrelieren sehr stark mit der Freundlichkeit der Barkeeperin. Der hohe Preis (<100€/Tag für 5 Personen) kommt offensichtlich vom Preis pro Person und nicht vom Stellplatz selbst. Ab 12 Jahren gilt hier bereits als Erwachsener. Wo hier der Gegenwert ist, ist absolut unklar.

"Just right for us - Contrary to the other comments here, we found the sanitary facilities perfectly adequate. If you're used to France, you'll be happy here. It was clean, that's the most important thing, and we simply didn't notice that the showers were closed for a few hours, we were probably just enjoying the perfect sea during that time. The reception was very straightforward. It was quiet at night. The price was ok in my eyes, And the most important thing in August was that there were plenty of shady spots! You can also go cliff jumping! I hope the place stays like this.

"M and U. - It is legitimate to offer "premium" pitches at the reception for over 70 euros per day. But if the neighboring pitch of a premium pitch!!! is a septic tank with a distinct fecal smell, and the guest has to be made aware of this first, then you can guess what the business philosophy is: Money, Money, Money! The mere fact of offering such a place as a "premium" is a cheek. We know at least 20 CPs in HR, and this one is in the bottom third - no ifs, ands or buts.

The island of Krk and Glavotok are just few hours away from major European capitals: 850 km from Prague, Munich 600 km, Budapest 550 km, 540 km from Vienna, Graz 360 km and Ljubljana 170 km. The easiest way to …get to the island of Krk is by car over the Krk Bridge, by bus or by plane to the Rijeka airport situated close to Omišalj. By car or by bus: 1) Villach (A) - Tunel Karavanke (SLO) - Ljubljana - Postojna - Rijeka (CRO) - exit in the direction Split, Kraljevica - Krk Bridge, the island of Krk - take the main road Krk Bridge/Krk. Turn right at the exit towards the ferry port Valbiska. Then follow signs Glavotok. The last 2 km are on a narrow road with places for overtaking. Bridge toll is paid on the mainland side towards Krk. Travelers crossing the Krk Bridge in the direction from the island to the mainland, do not pay the toll. 2) Trieste (I) - Kozina (SLO) - Rupa (CRO) - Rijeka - Kraljevica - Krk Bridge, the island of Krk - take the main road Krk Bridge/Krk. Turn right at the exit towards the ferry port Valbiska. Then follow signs Glavotok. The last 2 km are on a narrow road with places for overtaking. 3) Graz (A) - Maribor (SLO) - Zagreb (CRO) - Rijeka - exit Crikvenica, the island of Krk - Krk Bridge, the island of Krk - take the main road Krk Bridge/Krk. Turn right at the exit towards the ferry port Valbiska. Then follow signs Glavotok.
