A former beautiful campsite
I have been to this campground a few times since 1990 onward; it was nice in those days, today it seems to be in decline. The place is quite nice, very suitable for tents because of the many small but nice pitches among the boulders. Less suitable for vehicles because there are almost no level pitches.... Area quite unkempt, partly fading into a dirt yard that is part of the janitors' house (with quite a lot of mess outside). Bathrooms still good despite age, but too few in number. I did not see chemical toilet empties or children's toilets. Cleaning is done a little too late in the morning. There is a pool, not large, and a small bar. No market. Good location, although not on the sea, it is in the center of the area of interest around Porto Vecchio. Potentially a good campsite, but a bit scruffy.

Good for transit
It is a campsite on a mountain with no clear layout and few electricity points. Not many bathroom facilities, so you have to walk far for it depending on your location. The swimming pool was neat. Located a short distance from porto-vecchio and easily accessible. Nearby, however, few opportunities for hiking.
