"Almost no shade, very small bungalows - A 6-person bungalow had a terrace of just 7 square meters. Everything was far too small. The place has no flair at all. Only the bungalows on the beach (these guests keep to themselves) are excluded. Sports facilities only TT and limited soccer, beach volleyball and tennis not available

"No more parking spaces available since 2019 :-( - Since 2019 only mobile homes are offered! What a shame, the area would have deserved a nice CP for tents, motorhomes and caravans!

"Meanwhile mobile home pitch - Beautifully situated site with sufficiently large pitches. German-speaking reception. Great sandy beach, never overcrowded because the site is in a long stretch by the sea and there are no tourist facilities next door. Shallow entrance into the sea, well suited for small children. Sanitary facilities are mostly clean, but not the most modern. There are no facilities for young people. The site is located between the super modern resort of La Grand Motte and the fishing village of Le Grau de Roi. Excursions to the surrounding area are possible (Aiges Mortes, Carmarque). In the off-season, the campsite is dominated by senior citizens, and the campsite management has a hard time offering a discount for Franceloc. We have been there four times in the last 13 years (with and without children), unfortunately more and more mobile homes are being built on the campsite. The campsite is losing its flair as a result. 2011 We are back on the site at the end of Aug. - mid Sept. 2011. Unfortunately, the trend with the mobile homes continues. The entire first row is now occupied by the houses. Unfortunately, the cleaning quality of the general wash houses also seems to be suffering. With full occupancy at the end of August, the wash house we used was not clean from morning (directly after cleaning) until evening on some days. Events at the bar have increased and are sometimes very disturbing until midnight. Otherwise nothing has changed in the positive rating. The rating**** would no longer stand up to an ADAC test. The price-performance ratio is no longer right for the high season. Cheap pitches via Franceloc still possible in the off-season. Visit end of Aug-mid Sept 2014: Unfortunately, the site is now almost disfigured by the mobile homes. Few and narrow pitches for caravans. Discount for Franceloc only on a few pitches. In Aug. enormous noise due to animation and events. Immediately subsides in Sept., then the site is quiet, but still very full! Very attentive staff and security. Wash houses still old, clean in Sept. September 2018: Only about 20 pitches left. Next year built up with small houses. No longer a campsite

"Nice place, bad sanitary - Very nice place, small pitches with sandy ground, right by the sea but: catastrophic sanitary facilities!!!! they don't do anything there anymore, I suspect they only want to rent out cottages

"Beautiful location on the beach - Poor maintenance of the campsite. Overall, the campsite lacks the necessary care. Restaurant and bar: service a disaster. Supermarket ok, swimming pool ok, location on the beach very good

"Once and never again! - We were mainly annoyed at the campsite. Some entertainers constantly thought they had to persuade the guests to play games with loud music. Every !!! Evening except Saturdays!?! Disco music was played on the outdoor stage at certainly over 90db until 12 o'clock at night, no trace of camping feeling! The sanitary facilities are outdated and an imposition, there is often a queue to get a free shower which are then still dirty! The only thing we liked was the good location on the beautiful beach.
