"Well maintained and quiet - We felt very comfortable here. 3 top clean sanitary buildings. Italian restaurant great. Very nice reception and great shop with drinks, bread rolls, cakes etc. even open on Sundays. Shady forest path for dogs or sunny cycle path along the Main. We would love to come back

"Extended weekend - We spent the long Whitsun weekend here with the family. The site is very well maintained, clean and friendly. The location on the Main is also beautiful. There is a great sports field with beach volleyball and table tennis. It's all the more surprising that there were relatively few children here. The site tends to be used by people passing through. But of course it was very quiet.

"Nice campsite with restrictions - We were on the site for the 4th time in May and the camping park itself gets 4 stars from me. The owner is very nice and accommodating. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated but clean. However, I have to deduct one star because our next sanitary building was cleaned from 8.00 to 9.30 in the morning. So at rush hour and nobody was let in. Although there were officially no more corona protection requirements for Bavaria, only 3 toilets were open, 2 showers and 2 washbasins. The rest was "OUT OF SERVICE". Then of course there was a traffic jam in the morning. The restaurant is good and worth a visit. The site has probably been redesigned recently, there is a new and beautiful children's playground, and it seems to me that the number of permanent campers has been thinned out.

"Nice CP with good facilities - Very well equipped CP. Very clean sanitary facilities. Excellent Italian restaurant. For travelers passing through there is the possibility to stay overnight. Unfortunately a bit remote.

"Beautiful campsite near the river Main - A clean campsite with very good pitch infrastructure. Sanitary facilities a little older, but always clean. Very friendly staff.

FOREST - WATER - WINE - CULTURE The terraced camping site is situated on the eastern slope of the Main valley near Triefenstein on the Main and is the ideal location for excursions into the Franconian wine country and the …Spessart nature park. Castles, palaces - including the famous Mespelbrunn moated castle - and historic towns such as Würzburg, Miltenberg, Wertheim and Lohr, as well as the charming valleys of the Spessart and the Main with its tributaries, offer varied destinations for exploring the region by car, on foot, by bike or by pleasure boat. The campsite has 350 pitches on a total area of around 90,000 square metres. The campsite is open all year round. The pitches are equipped with electricity, sewage and water connections. A separate area with electricity connections is reserved for transients for overnight stays or motorhomes. Tenters have their own area with electricity connections, and there is a separate youth campsite with a shelter and its own sanitary facilities. The family-friendly campsite, which has been awarded five stars by the DTV, offers all facilities for a pleasant stay. The sanitary facilities meet the highest standards. The restaurant with Italian cuisine has an adjoining room for celebrations and events. In the food kiosk, fresh bread rolls and baked goods are also available on Sundays and public holidays during the season. Our exemplary sports facilities have fields for football, beach volleyball, streetball and badminton. The table tennis and recreation hall, which is also located there, is a popular meeting place for young people. A separate children's playground and a small animal enclosure create entertaining worlds of adventure for our younger guests. Our newly built boules court is popular with senior citizens. In the evening, the large camper family gathers in the rustic barbecue hut with open fireplace for a romantic campfire. Our own boat mooring on the banks of the Main with slipway is only 300m away from the campsite. Right next to the campsite is the heated outdoor swimming pool of the municipality of Triefenstein with relaxing wellness facilities. The Holiday Club at Camping Main-Spessart-Park organises a varied programme 6 days a week in July and August - fun, games and excitement for young and old.
