"Simply relax and unwind - The grounds are a small, well-kept park with lots of trees that provide shade. The lunch break ends at 2:30 p.m. We were then greeted very warmly in English and were able to choose a spot. The ground is grass and largely flat. Free Wi-Fi is only available in the reception area. Dogs are welcome. The sanitary facilities are simple but clean. The pool and bar were not yet open on May 22. There is a circular path around the lake, which is ideal for a dog walk. You will find us south of Poitiers and north of Angouleme off the N10. Leave the N10 signposted La Touche D'Anais and take the D11 west travelling through Bellevue heading towards Vars, once in Vars carry on along the D11 …through Le Portal and into Basse. On arrival at Basse turn right after the new railway bridge onto the D117 signposted Bignac. Follow signs "Camping Bignac***". Bignac is close to the river Charente.
