Make sure you have enough cash. The ATM
in Epidaurus does not always work and is the only one in the area. At Nicolas II, cash is the order of the day in the minimarket and restaurant. The parking spaces are very small. You may have problems with a long trailer.... The operator, Dimitrie, is very friendly and helps wherever he can. The sanitary facilities are clean and are cleaned accordingly. If you don't want to move your camper van, you'll need bicycles to get to Paléa Epidaurus.Nice, clean campsite near EpidaurusVery good, pleasant campsite near Paléa Epidaurus. The owner, Dimitrios, goes out of his way to make his guests feel at home. The sanitary facilities were among the cleanest on our 5-week trip. The campsite was also constantly swept and looked after. We experienced a violent storm with heavy rain (rather... rare in summer in the Peloponnese). The next day, the staff did everything they could to ensure that all traces of it were quickly removed. A big compliment for that! Fresh bread is available to order at reception. The pitches are generously sized, Dimitrios gives you a free choice of pitches and we were allowed to park our car on a free pitch next to our caravan. In addition to the trees, there are also canopies to provide shade. However, it gets crowded at the weekend as the Greeks arrive with their tents. The beach is beautiful, but unfortunately there is little shade. The ancient site of Epidaurus is about 25 minutes away by car. The atmosphere was nice in the evening. Everywhere is full signal of wi-fi which is free... there are also plenty of places for my... satelite..is a very quiet camping,most of the costumers are families.the nature next to the sea is amazing and you can see the shadow places all around. the taverna has very good prices and the mini market also with fresh bread everyday.The owner Dimitris is the best camping owner i have ever seen..Next year again there with some other families..Everybody must visit Theater of Epidauros...

We've traveled all over the Peloponnese, but couldn't find a nicer place! About 50 parceled pitches, shady due to high conifers! Lots of flowers. Steep driveway! Sanitary facilities cleaned but old - need to be completely renewed, shower heads very calcified, hot water works. Visit in May 2017: ACSI price: €17, restaurant (still) closed, pool only open in July and August! - Liano A.April 2017PozitivnoClean,friendly,green,sea,perfectholidays in Camping Nicolas IIi have been to this paradise couple of times...is an amazing camping in front of the sea...recently i have seen people voted it as the best camping in Greece..is very clean,the food in the restaurant amazing.Every orning we had fresh bread and the onwer Dimitris is fantstic..He helped us in every kind of problems we had..We will be back next year for sure !!!
