The early work of the fruit growers is sometimes a little annoying but ultimately not derogatory.Small but niceThe site is small and therefore has a special charm. The pitches are sufficiently large and level. The site operators are very helpful and friendly, and almost everything is available at good prices in the small shop at reception. There is a delicious restaurant nearby, similar to the German Besenwirtschaften,... with local dishes at the best prices. The fruit growers are sometimes on the road quite early with their tractors. You might want to start the day early, as you can take the bus directly from the campsite for excursions to Bolzano, Merano or Caldaro. Bolzano can also be easily reached by bike along the Adige river. The Südtirol-Mobil card, which the groundsman will be happy to sell you, also includes the funicular up the Mendel and the cable car up the Ritten. After the day's excursions, you can cool off in the swimming pond and then enjoy a meal at Gruber. All in all : superSamodejno prevedeno.

- vo h.August 2019PozitivnoWine trail and other hiking opportunities, beautiful pitches, friendly staffNegativnoNoise level during the weeknice place but...The place is really great, the sanitary facilities clean, the operators really nice, but you should also face the facts: the nearby wine road with a steep ascent, where everything from Vespas to tractors are brought out the last, the adjacent road where agricultural vehicles are already on the road at... times and a construction site sometimes cause a considerable background noise level during the week. Not everyone finds this annoying, but it did spoil our stay somewhat. It was good that we hadn't booked the whole vacation there, we then found a place where it was much more pleasant.Samodejno prevedeno.

A place to feel good if you are looking for peace and relaxation!Here for the second time after May 2016 and delighted again. Surrounded by vineyards in the South Tyrolean lowlands, between Bolzano and Trento near Lake Kaltern, this small, lovingly designed and well-maintained site offers pure relaxation. The natural bathing pond is a successful alternative to the... usual swimming pools. The sanitary facilities are in impeccable condition and excellently maintained. The booking process was straightforward and during our stay we were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the Mayr family who run the campsite. The site has 25 pitches and is beautifully situated in the middle of apple orchards. We found it very cozy. Every now and then you can hear a tractor, but we didn't find that disturbing, especially as it was apple... harvest time. The pitches are large enough and have water/waste water and electricity. The sanitary facilities are modern and very clean. Just the right place to relax. The host family was always friendly and had one or two tips for us. Other camping guests helped us, so everything was fine!Campsite used for an overnight stay - great!We used the site as a stopover in the direction of Tuscany and parked in front of the camper van site! So far all good, but a maximum of three vehicles fit there. Everything else, from the first contact to the sanitary facilities and above all the costs, everything was great! We paid €15 for the whole night! The campsite has very good and clean sanitary facilities. The operator is extremely friendly and takes great care of his customers.
