We were really looking forward to our vacation. A day or two in Prague and a few relaxing hours at the campsite and, if you're lucky with the weather, the beautiful pool area. We were lucky with the weather, but guests can also use the pool by purchasing a day pass. The whole site is completely overcrowded. What a shame. The staff were very friendly and courteous, the sanitary facilities were well maintained and adequate. We found the opening hours of the restaurant too limited. However, we would like to add a comment: On departure we found many brown stains on... our car and caravan. The Cp is located in the flight path of Prague Airport and we suspect that the toilet containers are opened shortly before the planes land, because the mobile homes also had a lot of brown splashes. We find this very unhygienic and will therefore NEVER visit Klanovice again;-(Samodejno prevedeno.

The sanitary facilities are new and, like the whole site, in very good condition. The prices are high. 45€ (2+2) The restaurant on site is fine. The mini kiosk too. At night, the noise of a street is a little disturbing and when there is a party nearby. Very nice, friendly and informative reception. You get all the important information about the site as well as convenient connections for sightseeing in the direction of Prague or the nearby shopping temples. The sanitary facilities are relatively new and very well maintained.... In addition to the site's own swimming pool with two pools, there are lots of play areas for younger children and a beach volleyball court and football pitch for older children. There is a small kiosk where fresh bread rolls are available in the morning. The restaurant on site was only open in the evening from 18:00 - 21:00. The menu is simple, but the food is very tasty and decoratively presented. The eye is there too.Samodejno prevedeno.

Also ideal as a stopover, as it is not too far from the highway.NegativnononeFirst-class campsite for visiting Prague and as a stopover siteIn April 2017, we used this campsite as a stopover for one night during a trip to Moravia in the east of the Czech Republic. This campsite is completely new and built according to the latest findings in this industry. There is accommodation for every taste. The pitches for motorhomes, cars with caravans... and awnings are large enough. The small, freshly planted trees still need to grow to provide shade. But there are no problems with TV satellite reception. Bungalows and furnished tents can also be rented. The pitches are level and easy to access. The staff are friendly and helpful. The three newly built, spotlessly clean sanitary buildings offer everything you need: a large washroom, individual wash cubicles, shower cubicles, dishwashing facilities, all with hot and cold water mixer taps, chemical toilet sinks, etc. There are also two outdoor swimming pools on the campsite - the 25 x 10 m pool and the 20 x 10 m pool for children. There is also a playground with a baby park. The campsite is ideal for exploring the city of Prague and the surrounding area. The distance to the center of Prague is: 25 min by car 30 min by bus and train or car and train The bus stop is 1 to 2 min from the campsite. There is also a transfer service with the campsite's own minibus. There are also all kinds of other leisure facilities: Sunbathing lawn Trampoline Beach volleyball Mini golf Table tennis Children's playground Bicycles for hire The prices are within the usual range, see here: http://www.campingpraha.cz/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/CPK\_cenik\_en-1.jpg Minimarket, as well as family restaurant with 50 seats inside and outside including snack bar - beach bar are available. We were impressed by the campsite and can recommend it, both for those passing through - as it is about 10 km from the highway - and for a longer stay, as it is quiet and far away from traffic noise. All pitches are level and on a meadow. Everything is very clean, very friendly staff and the transport links to the city are brilliant. There is impressive information material, including a city map and detailed description.... The bus runs every 30 minutes and has a direct connection (8 minutes) to the S-Bahn. At its terminus you are directly in the old town and can reach all the sights on foot (total journey time approx. 30 min). Tickets are available at the reception. For 24h you pay 110CZK, which is about 4€. There is no better way to reach Prague. A 90-minute ticket costs 32CZK (1.20€), which is cheap for those who want to explore the city exclusively on foot.Samodejno prevedeno.

The pitches are very nice. The whole site is relatively new and is actively managed. We arrived after 17:00, when the reception was no longer staffed, but no problem: you could choose a free pitch and check in the next morning. The good transport... links to the city center are remarkable. The bus leaves right in front of the CP, then to the S-Bahn and off to the city center - takes about 40 minutes. Tip: buy a 24-hour ticket at reception (110 Kcs). Another tip for dinner: Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, we can recommend the Babiccina Besada restaurant near the campsite.Samodejno prevedeno.- pe z.August 2013The place to visit Prague. lone s.July 2013We have been at the place 2 times. Lokation just outside Praha and faboulous transport system, makes camping Praha ideel for shopping and sightseing, combinede with relaxing camping. The pool i nice. there can be alot of noise from it during daytime, and alot of lokal Citizens is relaxing at the pool.... but quiet at night time. The restaurant i dull. there is no aerea during day and ewening to relax by the pool as parent and couple. the small beachbar is not wisible from the pool, it is cheap, but the food wery bad wifi is expensive. there is missing af free wifi aeral. our 2 children at 10 + 14 years love the place. there is alot of other children and teens, especially from denmark and Holland. despite the missing facilities for grownups, we will propably be back another time. cozy place, good atmosphereSamodejno prevedeno.

The trip to Prague by bus and suburban train takes about 40 minutes and is therefore highly recommended. All public transportation is punctual. There is a small... restaurant on site and you can also find something in the surrounding area. We always intended to visit one of them, but never got around to it because we were always very hungry in Prague... ;-)Samodejno prevedeno.- Peter O.May 2013Very clean, beautiful and quiet place with excellent connections to Prague. Bus runs every 1/2 hour directly from the square to the train or subway station. Back also until after 24:00. The very friendly and helpful crew quickly provided me with an electric stove when I ran out of gas. Gas bottles are available, but unfortunately no "Campinggaz". - Pia P.July 2012The square is located in a quiet neighborhood, just outside Prague. But it's quick and easy to get to Prague by public transportation. It takes 30 minutes from leaving the square to standing in the center of Prague. Upon arrival, you are given a really useful piece of paper in your own language with... a lot of the information you need to find your way around Prague. Incredibly sweet and helpful staff who speak fluent English. Everything is clean and tidy on site. The only downside of the campsite is that everything is expensive by Czech standards. On the campsite you therefore meet mainly Danes and Dutch people.Samodejno prevedeno.
