Unfortunately, now to the negative. The site is 90% occupied by permanent campers, which would not be a problem in principle, but the infrastructure is also designed for this. There is no supply and disposal for motorhomes, the... sanitary facilities are outdated and unfortunately not maintained at all. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets for the entire site, which are located in a heated room. The rest is outside, which is anything but pleasant on a rainy March weekend with an outside temperature of 7-13 degrees. Unfortunately, there are traces of verdigris on the taps and the toilets are not clean. There is no possibility to buy bread rolls or anything similar on site, although a kiosk is indicated in the reception?
The pitches for tourist campers are on meadows, which means that you sink into the mud in rainy weather. Nothing is paved, not even an access road to the pitches. Logically, after a short time the access road to the meadow resembled a mud hole and the only way to escape with a caravan or motorhome was by towing the farm's own tractor. Electricity is included in the price but hot water in the sanitary facilities is not. Wouldn't be too bad if the credit didn't just keep dwindling even when the tap is off. All in all, we will neither visit this site again nor recommend it to others. What a pity!Samodejno prevedeno.- Volker H.June 2023PozitivnoVery quiet location. Extremely nice and helpful owners. Very child and animal friendly site.NegativnoNone.An oasis of peace on the edge of the NetherlandsAs permanent campers, we have found our dream destination here. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet as well as reach the town in a few minutes and go shopping or strolling around. The site is in a very quiet location on the edge of the forest. A small store, a small playground and a small swimming... pool provide everything you need. You can reach Winterswijk in a few minutes and the grocery stores in Oeding (Germany) in 4-5 minutes. Everything you need for a pleasant time. Furthermore, you can reach Europe's largest camping store (Obelink) in 10 minutes by car.Samodejno prevedeno.
