Campsite in a beautiful location
Unfriendly staff and owners, the groundsman Funke acts as the owner towards the guests and the owners do not care about the well-being of their guests. the owner should rather take care of the cleanliness of the toilets, showers and on the pitch. She should be aware that the permanent campers bring her... the money.the site rules created by her are not adhered to by her or the groundsmen.but the site fee was increased because the daughter took over the site.the campers were sent new contracts in which it says that the camping operation will be discontinued from November to March 15th.this was not part of the contract when we rented a place there many years ago.This is not the way to treat the people who bring you the money.you can't understand the greed of the owners.nothing is invested,but the prices are increased.there are other campsites too! the permanent campers should be encouraged to take their garbage to the container.so far they put their garbage on their rented place on sundays afternoon before they go home and in the night the animals come and tear open the garbage bags.then the next morning there is garbage everywhere.

The proximity to the water is very good for caravans and tents. The nearest shopping facilities are approx. 6 km away in Rahtenow.
Negativno
No shopping facilities. No kiosk or pub. No mooring facilities for boats, only for boats with a permanent lease.
General assessment: Campsite is mainly designed for permanent campers
The campsite is quiet and close to the water for campers with caravans or tents, but in summary it is rather left to its own devices. Hardly anything is done by the operator. The waste disposal routes are very long. You can tell that the operators live off the permanent lease from the permanent campers. So in general not necessarily recommended.

The location and the place is quite good and is not far away from Rathenow. Who makes no demands on sanitary can go there.

The wash houses are old and when I stand at the sink, someone is sitting right behind me on the toilet, I have the smells in my nose
Nice place, but...
The location is nice, only the outdated sanitary facilities from the 60's should be modernized, it can not be that when I stand at the sink right behind me someone relieves himself and the smell blows around my nose, the shower cubicles from the hardware store with curtain should be renewed, then you have to pay 1, - € for it, more guests would come if the condition changes. The price-performance ratio is not right.
