Advantage, the only place on the Tegernsee, so the operators will not change anything. Operators were nice and you were warmly welcomed.
Attention, don't forget your ID when you leave, it will be kept until the registration has been written. There... are probably no photocopiers.
WC / showers were not even cleaned over the 3 days. Wash house also quite old, could do with a renovation.
Wash house not heated, doors stand open, and that at 3 degrees in the morning. That makes showering and going to the toilet no fun.
After registering, you have to ask several times to be connected to the electricity. This is done by the groundsman, as you are charged by KW. So typically German. I also don't understand why 1 KW costs €0.70. I buy it at home for €0.32. The electricity costs are probably used to finance the lights on the pitch.
The pitches are all over the place and when it rains everything is muddy.
The maintenance of the pitches is also lacking. The permanent campers have swept up the leaves and they are lying in a heap...I think it will still be there next year.
Access to the camp is single lane and narrow.
Children's playground. We probably don't have one, but we walked the dog past it... Sad, broken, unkempt.
Positive:
The bread roll service from the inn works perfectly, and is reasonably priced. You can also eat well in the restaurant at a good price. However, you should make a reservation as the restaurant is full in the evening. The rooms lack cleanliness in some places.
Our conclusion:
We won't be coming back. We would have preferred to spend a few euros more and go to a well-kept campsite.
Or is that the German standard? The reason is the exploded demand for campsites. The pitch was extended - head over... heels - to the meadow behind the pitch.

- Petra S.October 2019PozitivnoSuper locationNegativnoSanitary facilities not particularly cleanCentral on Lake TegernseeWe stayed two nights at CP Wallberg with our motorhome. It is very centrally located on the Tegernsee, which can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. You can also be in Rottach-Egern in about 20-30 minutes. First of all, the good thing about the campsite: super helpful. Unfortunately, we got stuck... on one of the pitches (the pitch was very soggy and muddy due to all the rain). Someone came immediately and pulled us out of our misery. Our power cable was also too short, but we were gladly helped out. The restaurant on the pitch is highly recommended, the food is very good and the landlord is funny, we felt very comfortable there. Otherwise, the sanitary facilities are available, but you shouldn't have high expectations. Small and not particularly clean, but it was nice and warm. Somehow the campsite doesn't fit in with the rest of the Tegernsee. And a little bit of loving design just goes a long way. The pitches themselves were not in good condition, but that was probably due to the bad weather. However, the price was okay and the helpfulness of the staff convinced us:)Samodejno prevedeno.

Positive: Convenient location, Aldi and bus stop around the corner, reasonably priced. Negatives: the guest card, which includes the use of the local buses, is only issued on request, which also took a very long time, in... the event of problems, e.g. with the electricity connection, you have to ask several times and be patient until it is taken care of. Perhaps understandable in the high season, but this also means that vacationers miss a few hours. However, the biggest shortcoming is the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities! The strong smell of urine when entering the toilets speaks for itself. The toilet seats are sticky on the hinges, there is old dirt and dust at the bottom of the toilets and you don't want to touch the lids of the waste garbage cans! .... There was also a water point... right next to us, otherwise these are extremely rare on the site. Shopping (Aldi, butcher) less than 5 minutes on foot or just in Rottach-Egern. The sanitary facilities are largely in order, but the metal wall for the men to urinate is not in order, with the corresponding odor nuisance during the day (urinals with automatic flushing... should urgently be installed here. The toilets and the washroom are not or not sufficiently separated. The entrance to the men's and women's showers is inadequately marked (by retrofitting a roof). These points lead to the devaluation of the sanitary facilities by at least 2 stars. Bread roll service available except on Sundays and Mondays, shopping facilities available 300-400m away (Aldi, butcher with bakery and snack bar). The place is very quiet you have a very nice view of the foothills of the Alps. The sanitary facilities were clean and in good condition. Price performance is absolutely right. The restaurant on site offers very good food and... is not expensive. The staff on site were very friendly. This site is recommended. The site is clean, the permanent campers super friendly and there is a chilled atmosphere throughout. Our little daughter (4 years old) could easily ride her bike to the small playground on her own. We were just passing through and initially only wanted to stay... one night, but ended up staying a few nights more. The staff made everything possible and assigned us a great spot despite it being the main holiday season. The restaurant is also great. There's plenty on the plate and it's always delicious!!! You can plan various activities from the campsite as it is quite central. A little more proximity to the lake would be great.
