Ernst H.oktober 2023PozitivnoThe only thing I liked was the peace and quiet when you leave the campsite ....NegativnoRestlessness place orders are ignored and not maintained place showers look like no idea what so what you just can not offer the toilet still go so and otherwise place orders are not respected by very many almost by no one and most are very unfriendly.Very messy unfriendly staffA very bad place as the cleanliness and house rules are never adhered to, there is always loud music and constant noise pollution. Quiet and spacious pitch by the pond, so you don't have to sit at the table with the neighboring camper. The site manager was very friendly and helpful. We used the site to explore the Eifel from there. Thanks to the long barrier times, from 7-22 o'clock (13-15 o'clock closed) we could always park the car on the plot. The campsite as such doesn't offer much. Electricity on site, gas bottle exchange, a few camping items. The wash house is ok, even if it looks a bit old-fashioned. Bakery in the village (8 minutes on foot). Restaurant in the next village.Samodejno prevedeno.

Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate, but the sanitary facilities were clean and nicely heated. Our pitch was right by the lake and it was very quiet on the site at this time of year. The toilets and washroom were modern, the showers a little older. Unfortunately there was no water at the pitch, but the WiFi reception was very good.Samodejno prevedeno.

The site is located in the beautiful volcanic Eifel, close to many "points of interest" in the Eifel. - Cold water geyser in Wallenborn - Arensberg volcanic crater (very impressive) - Dreimühlen waterfall in Üxheim Ahütte - Beautiful... castles in Manderscheid - Maars - Hilly landscape that invites you to go hiking The site was well maintained and the groundsman was very, very nice and helpful! The sanitary facilities were well maintained at all times of the day, but are not a wellness temple. The pitches were spacious, but there were no water and waste water connections on our pitches. The whole site is terraced and criss-crossed by beautiful lakes and a watermill at the reception. The overall picture is very idyllic. You can even fish for free in two of the lakes. Once a year they are stocked with peaceful fish and trout. Not suitable for professional anglers, however. The playground offered children plenty of high-quality play equipment (cable car, revolving carousel, swing, slide, climbing castle, etc.). On the site itself, you can eat well and very cheaply in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the village has nothing except a bakery. You are dependent on a car. The next larger town is about 8km away (Daun) and offers everything you could wish for. Overall it was a very nice weekend. We will definitely be back.Samodejno prevedeno.

The site is still beautiful, but the atmosphere has cooled considerably. If you don't feel like it, you shouldn't go into the camping business! Apparently it is not customary there to accommodate "late arrivals" at short notice. The reception was closed and no one could be reached on the number given there. The restaurant across the road was closed and there was no one to be seen. 2 permanent... campers who came for a walk with their dogs told us that this was normal and that there was a lot going on on the site at the moment. There were everything from layoffs to arguments among the permanent campers. We then had a look at the site on foot, spent the night on a gravel parking lot and went straight on to the Moselle in the morning to look for another site.Samodejno prevedeno.

Received a gruff and unfriendly welcome from a stressed-out groundsman despite technically good service. To improve his service, the man should take a vacation, relax and recuperate instead of... heading for a burnout and getting frustrated with the customers. The "restaurant" and the "shop" were closed, and when we arrived there was an "Oktoberfest" in the evening, which was more like a permanent campers' event where you had the feeling of being a foreign body! The music was so loud that you couldn't understand... your own words. At night the cows in the neighboring pastures made so much noise that you could hardly sleep. My family and I rented a house for our stay and were very happy with our accommodation. There is a restaurant and bar on site and a water wheel at reception which delighted the children. The campsite is set in a natural valley and the scenery is beautiful. I would recommend this campsite to other campers.Samodejno prevedeno.
