This continued when we arrived.
The pitches, especially the comfort pitches, are exceptionally spacious. Gravel paths allow water to seep away quickly, even in heavy... rain, so that puddles don't last long on the pitches themselves
The sanitary facilities in both wash houses are modern, up-to-date and always very clean. We were there in the low season. There was a clear increase in the number of visitors at weekends, which is obviously due to the proximity to Rust. Then, of course, the sanitary facilities, especially in the front wash house, were busier and sometimes a little tight. But you can also use the second wash house.
The bistro, which is beautifully integrated into the complex, can be highly recommended, especially for the excellent tarte flambée.
The whole site looks like a large park where you can camp. This starts with the entrance area. Here, too, there is plenty of space and it is beautifully laid out.

A positive aspect is that you can arrive as early as 11am, which ultimately gives you half a day more. The reception is friendly like all the other staff. I can't say anything about the food on site as we didn't use it. However, the bistro... makes a well-kept impression and as food was always being served, it can't be bad. The only negative thing I have to say is the WiFi reception, which was not available on our pitch, which was confirmed at reception in such a way that they admitted to having problems in this corner of the pitch. In itself, this doesn't mean the world is falling apart for me, but ultimately I'm paying for it, even if it doesn't cost any extra fees, the service is certainly paid for via the pitch price. But all in all, I rate my stay positively and can recommend the site without reservation.Samodejno prevedeno.

The wonderful tree population that may be preserved. Furthermore, how questions and requests were dealt with. Really great and worthy of thanks, as I needed a more shaded pitch for personal reasons. I needed a more shaded area for personal reasons. A special generosity in the bistro area on Whit Sunday. Furthermore - spontaneous help in an uncomfortable situation the day before departure. A very special thank you to Mrs. Kuhnes.NegativnoI would not see this as a disadvantage, but rather as a recommendation or wish: - Metal waste option, perhaps also by the municipality at the glass containers. - Set up a bus stop again at least during the camping season and the outdoor pool, football pitch etc. - Bread receipt [small selection] (during bistro opening hours to get bread at other times of the day as well. So not just the one ordered the day before. Baking oven (similar but smaller than in supermarkets). Low risk of leftover bread for the supplier, bread always available for the customer, which we would have appreciated more than once. The area is also very nice for cycling. We did a cycle tour to Herbolzheim and back via Weinberg. There is a folder with cycle tours at reception. The outdoor pool next door is also very nice. The baroque town... of Ettenheim is very nice to stroll through and eat in the evening. A few kilometers by bike. We took a trip to Strasbourg. The area is very worth seeing and offers many excursion destinations. Clean. The staff are helpful. At our time there were only German vacationers there. We absolutely loved it. There is a large, newly paved area near the reception with a kiosk with tables and chairs... where you can relax.
The kiosk sells drinks and snacks.
In the morning you can pick up the bread rolls you ordered the night before.
There is a public swimming pool adjacent to the campsite.

It takes about 15 minutes to get there and back again. The contrast to the hustle and bustle there was ideal for the little one, as there was hardly anything going on at the campsite in the low season. Nice welcome and good pitch sizes. The site and the pitches are really nice. From small to really spacious pitches, there is something for everyone. The location between Alsace and the Black Forest makes the excursion possibilities limitless. The owner family is very... friendly and helpful. The small store is sufficient for the essentials. But: For us, the sanitary facilities are no longer in order. They are cleaned regularly, but the facilities are so outdated that the feel-good factor is completely lost. The showers are the worst, musty shower curtains, extremely moldy joints and you have to pay an extra 50 cents per 7 minutes for this shower. The wash houses really need to be thoroughly renovated.Samodejno prevedeno.

Suitable both as a starting point for excursions including a day at Europa Park, and simply to relax with the swimming pool next to the campsite. The staff were super friendly and we were able to choose our pitches. The terrace pitches are beautifully surrounded by large trees, which are worth their weight in gold in the heat. The site itself was in a quiet location. As soon as we arrived, we were able to quickly cool off in the outdoor pool right behind the campsite on the hot day.
