When we arrived at Königssee, we received a friendly welcome and were given the coins for the shower and the cards for the sanitary facilities and barrier. We then drove to pitch 63 and set up our caravan and awning. Unfortunately, it started to rain in the afternoon.... And within a short time we had several puddles in the awning. On Sunday morning we went to another pitch P6 after consultation, great location, close to the lake, but no gray water connection. We put a container underneath and disposed of it on the other side of the pitch. We will definitely come back to Königssee in Zetel next year. All visitors to the Königssee campsite were and are very friendly to us. We made new friends. I can only recommend your Königssee campsite in zetel to everyone. You get coins for the showers and you have hot water for 4 minutes and that's enough. The whole campsite is a large meadow and very clean, I didn't find any garbage or garbage. You really feel at home here. Unfortunately, we had to go home again yesterday. We would have liked to stay a few more days. But unfortunately work is calling again.

There are spotlessly clean sanitary facilities close to the pitches.
It's a place where you can relax with your WOMO or go on longer cycling or hiking tours.
The welcome was very friendly, rather informal.
The bread roll service was... always great. There is a mini supermarket in the reception building so that you don't have to do without the essentials and there was always an ice cream - or more - available for the hot days.
In front of the reception there is a refrigerated vending machine with local products if you don't feel like making something yourself.
All in all, a family-run, very clean and quiet place!

The campsite is generally very quiet, especially at night, sometimes a bit busy during the day due to fellow campers but never noisy, even in high season....
On the comfort pitches, the car is also on the pitch.
The sanitary facilities are very clean and it feels like they are constantly being cleaned by very friendly staff. Even the public toilets at the bathing lake were always clean.
The reception is only open in the mornings but there is a great self-check-in, one call is enough and you get everything important for the first night, a small self-service store is available.
The very clean bathing lake is sometimes busy during the day as it is open to the public, but you don't notice this at the campsite.
There are many beautiful cycle paths in the surrounding area.
Excursions by car (approx. 1 hour drive) are possible to Wilhelmshaven, the North Sea and as far as Emden.

This pleasant little campsite dispenses with entertainment, remmidemmi and partying, instead offering a well thought-out infrastructure. The two sanitary blocks are clean and in pristine condition. The staff are extremely friendly and... helpful, with a practical orientation. When we arrived during the high temperatures, the welcome pack contained unsolicited shower tokens, which we were able to use after setting up. The boss himself fetches the bread rolls in the morning and the associated bathing lake brings back wonderful memories of the times on the sandy beach of the local quarry pond in our early youth. It is not overcrowded and the interaction between the guests is pleasantly harmonious. We get a good night's sleep, which is important for us. There is a rented restaurant next to the campsite, which was the venue for a music event on the Saturday evening before our arrival. The manager advised us not to arrive until the Sunday after the event because the noise level was high and would continue throughout the night. The boss's advice was worth its weight in gold. According to our fellow campers, there was no peace and quiet at night during this one event. We felt it was extremely fair to be informed of this in advance and made arrangements for our arrival. The shower tokens give hot water for 4 minutes with no time to turn it off, but that was always enough. There are rental fridges for tent campers and the wooden cabin you can rent looked well maintained, young in years and large enough. The location of the site is far away from the main roads / BAB on a state or district road. The journey is currently a bit tricky due to a closure due to a (not audible) road construction site near the site, but easily feasible. There are no restaurants on site, "our" nearest Rewe was 7 km away, where you can also find the other supermarkets. If you are looking for a campsite with a very good price/performance ratio and can do without frills and parties, you will be rewarded with a relaxed stay here. We would like to thank the owners for these wonderful two weeks and for their fairness, for example with regard to the music events.Samodejno prevedeno.

Small bathing lake, quiet location, hardly any reception. The sanitary facilities are clean, as are the pitches and grounds, the playground is available and well maintained. I find the shower tokens a bit old school, and I also found the stickers... for waste separation strange. This little sticker could be saved, for the sake of the environment. The sanitary facilities are excellent, the pitches are parceled out and it is a well-kept campsite, with all the shopping facilities, banks, petrol stations etc. in the nearby towns. There are some very nice cycle tours from the campsite. The fantastic... bathing lake is an absolute highlight right next to the campsite. By car it is about 20 km to Varel (beautiful harbor) and Dangast (seaside resort with beach). A little further away is Wilhelmshafen with interesting museums and a beautiful promenade. If you want to drive a little further (approx. 45 min.) you can visit the Siel bathing resorts in Wangerland. All in all, this campsite is highly recommended for those seeking peace and quiet as well as for active vacationers.Samodejno prevedeno.

The sea is close by and larger towns like Wilhelmshaven are also within easy reach. The site is very quiet and you can really relax. The owner is very caring and takes... care immediately if something is wrong. The bathing lake is very nicely done, clean and large. The sanitary facilities are always clean, as is the campsite itself. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. Highly recommended! A visit to Dangast is also worth a trip ;)Samodejno prevedeno.
