Everything is relaxed.NegativnoUnfortunately, there were too few campers that the bread roll service was not offered.A nature campsiteRegistration was easy via the homepage. We immediately received an email back with all the important details. Arrival between 3pm and 6pm, otherwise send a short email to CP in advance. You should not drive with Google Maps, otherwise you will be directed via dirt roads. Ascension Day and 03.10. always big party at noon at the
café. Overall a great location and very relaxed. But we didn't regret it for a moment.
The site is in a quiet location right on the lake.
The operators are friendly and the sanitary facilities are not new but good and sufficient.
There is a café by the lake, a nice playground and a football pitch.
Seating and a barbecue... are available on the camping meadow.
We can't understand why there is so little going on here.
There is endless space here.
In the village (about 1.5 km) is a netto and a gas station for the bread rolls in the morning.
Also a train station with connections to cux/ HB or Bremerhaven as well as direction bux or Bremervörde is easy to reach.
There are great cycling and hiking trails here.

Not for anyone who doesn't like that.Well suited for groupsThe campsite is a large meadow without pitches. Clean shower and toilet block. The operators make an effort to keep everything clean. In this case, access to the sanitary building is only granted late.Campsite without frillsWe stayed at the campsite twice for one night each while passing through. It's suitable for that. There are plenty of beautiful cycle paths in the surrounding area.NegativnoThe ground is a little uneven and the grass is cut a little too roughly.Simple and goodWe spent 3 wonderful days here. Enjoyed some good quality bike rides to Hainmühlen, Beverstedt, Bremerhaven, Spadener See, Geestenseth. Visited the golf courses in Hainmühlen and Bremerhaven, where you can always enjoy a good beer and a snack. Golfing too, of course. Plenty of restaurants in Beverstedt. There are lots of play facilities for children of all ages (soccer pitch, table tennis, mini golf, large playground, etc.).
