- Peter P.julij 2024PozitivnoVery well-stocked supermarket on site; resourceful site operator; very quiet location; one of the best naturist bathing bays within walking distanceNegativnomany bungalows, you stand with the tent on rest placesSmall space with little capacitySmall campsite with an imaginative site operator: we actually wanted to go to the larger site in the bay (Thalatta), but it was overcrowded, so we switched to Camping Tsitreli and didn't regret it! As there wasn't enough space for our long tunnel tent, we were able to "rent" a simple igloo tent (base... area 2.3 x 2.3 m) from the campsite operator. This was very well ventilated without a flysheet and with gauze doors - which was pleasant at 30°C at night. It also came with clean mattresses and sheets! Perfect! The pitch is constantly kept clean by a cleaning team, there are no leaves lying around, everything is clean. The sanitary building is solidly built, has spacious showers (with pleasantly cold water!). We didn't have that everywhere on our vacation! You don't want to take hot showers when it's over 35 °C every day - although you could have!) and was always clean despite the high occupancy of the bungalows. The Greek bungalow families were very nice and even gave us meat skewers because we "endured" their barbecue smoke one evening - but it wasn't too bad. We felt very comfortable, in the restos on the beach you can eat very well or enjoy a sundowner, the supermarket on site was well stocked - even with vegetables, which were not available in the supermarket in the main street (there more bathing needs and soft drinks and chips ...)
The highlight was the proximity of the campsite to Kalamitsaki Beach, a nudist beach with a very relaxed atmosphere, which we visited often: a great snorkeling bay with rocks. This was also a tip from the campsite operator, who was always there and looked after the well-being of his camping guests, we had the impression. If we are in the area again, we will go there again.Samodejno prevedeno. - Sascha T.julij 2017Pozitivno-the most beautiful showers in Greece :) -cheapNegativno-somehow there is room for everyone (it can get tight)Small family-run campsiteThe campsite is located directly in the village behind a small supermarket. The well-kept site offers approx. 30 to 40 pitches (many rental caravans and tents), which are protected by matting roofs and all equipped with their own fridge. Freezers are available for shared use. Free Wi-Fi with very good... bandwidth is also available. The sanitary facilities are very well maintained and offer the best showers in Greece. There is also a well-stocked supermarket. The manager is very concerned about the well-being of the guests. Every square meter is used to create an additional parking space. This can make it very cramped in the high season. Some car owners were asked to park their cars outside to create additional parking spaces. The paths were also used as parking spaces. In July 2017, we only paid €20 per day for 2 people with a tent and car, including electricity and a fridge. Kalamitsi is a small village with some very cozy bars and restaurants. The wide sandy beach is well frequented by day visitors.Samodejno prevedeno.
- Alexandru V.junij 2014A very small campsite, situated in a cul-de-sac, with only one laneThe location of the campsite is quite inconvenient, the access is on a very narrow and unpaved alley. The good part is that some camping sites are covered and protected from the sun.Samodejno prevedeno.
