The campsite is located in the center of Henne Strand. The most beautiful place on the North Sea 😊.

That the actual campsite is also used as a pitch for caravans and motorhomes. The caravan was right next to our tent. Reservation was quite expensive at €30, but we got the pitch we wanted.
Tent weekend
We like the site because it is close to the village and the whole beach is particularly beautiful. The service building in the center is equipped with nice showers and mostly clean toilets. The kitchen area is also nice, unfortunately equipped with only 3 tables, which meant that we never got a seat... during our stay because campers with large caravans took up the tables to prepare meals. Very annoying if you can only arrive with a tent and without a chair and table. We then used the barbecue area for cooking and eating, unfortunately partly with storm and rain...so please create more space or find another arrangement...unfortunately all the toilets were blocked on the day of departure...It was good that we visited family in the vacation home, also to use the toilet there. Maybe the heavy rain the night before was to blame, I don't know. All in all not a cheap weekend with a tent for 2 nights with a reservation 130€!

Located directly in the village. Clean. Mini golf and a great football pitch and indoor playground. Friendly staff. A utility room for cooking, washing up and with a barbecue area in front.

Paths too narrow, spaces too narrow, not suitable for bicycles as only gravel paths. Sometimes dries out in heavy rain. Extras such as indoor swimming pool and mini golf very expensive. Too few washrooms and shower rooms and although these are very modern, they are not well thought out. There are no storage facilities. If you have to go to the toilet at night, you might have to walk a long way through the rain.
Good, but not very well thought out.
Was nice, but doesn't need to be repeated. The space was nothing special and really too narrow. What's the point of having space at the front if you have to stand drawbar to drawbar.

Friendly reception, clean sanitary facilities, beautifully landscaped grounds with the opportunity to have breakfast or a drink at the bar in the evening. Wellness, fitness room and pool area with slide, winter garden with fireplace.

Somewhat narrow pitches for motorhomes. But that's my own feeling.
Super campsite in a class of its own.
A very nice campsite with everything you need. Well-kept site with clean sanitary facilities. Friendly staff. Highly recommended. We would love to come back.

Perfect campsite
We have been visiting this campsite for 16 years. From short one-week vacations, summer vacations to long weekends ... we feel very comfortable here. The operators and reception staff are extremely courteous and friendly. There is a wide range of activities for the children and a variety of wellness... facilities in excellent conditions. There is regular investment in the campsite, so it is always a journey of discovery when you walk around the site. The sanitary facilities and the site in general are very clean. We will always come back. Recommended in every respect.

Always beautiful
Clean and spacious campsite, which is also great to use all year round. The use of the pool and spa area also allows activities in bad weather. We haven't tried the mini golf and fitness room yet, but will definitely do so in the fall season. We've been here three years in a row in the spring and are now happy to have a seasonal spot for fall and winter. We always feel completely at home in Henne.

A place that deserves more than 5 stars.
We did get a semi-good pitch (low lying and flooded in the rain and opposite the disposal station for motorhomes)

But the facilities on offer are mega.

At check-in, you are greeted by super friendly staff and feel like you've "arrived".
You are quickly and competently... given everything you need to know about the site and the facilities (swimming pool with slide, whirlpool, sauna, wellness facilities) as well as the pitch map. Then you go through the barrier to the pitch. (You need a card for each entrance and exit).

Like sanitary I only ultra-modern and new. Better than some 5* hotels

with a 20x10m pool, large slide, whirlpool and 5 different saunas (steam bath, heat cabin, bio sauna, Finnish sauna). Saunas (steam bath, heat cabin, bio-sauna, Finnish sauna)

Not much for us - but secluded stretches of beach - stoneless - were fantastic. We recommend the wild accesses between Henne Strand and Vejers Strand.

Henne Strand - a unique experience - Read comment ...
We booked a senior offer - from 55 years 😉. Pitch is allocated; first had a pitch right next to the children's playground. On request, a quiet pitch was booked for us. On arrival - pitch directly on the road; two-sided, on the long side still an access road to the vacation homes. A hustle and bustle... .... Alternative on tent pitch - didn't work either.
Wash house downstairs medium standard - two showers. Family bathroom available - we didn't want to block it. Upper wash house better; you can have a look at the beautiful tiles in the afternoon from the number of units.
Chemical toilet blocked in the morning - no flushing. There were probably several campers in need.
Far too few washing-up facilities - very cozy. The men were then sent home.
Place - well. Not available. A row of stores with tourist stalls. One morning, my wife was able to visit 7 boutiques. There was something, but everything was totally overpriced. Two scoops of ice cream cost around EUR 10.00. I recommend the next town, Nebel.
Cycle paths along busy roads or on gravel tracks. Tractor tracks. A nice path went to Vejers Strand. Asphalt - nibbled and rubber surface, but still. Like so many stretches of beach, the beach is great and cars can drive right up to the beach. But - indeed. Sewage was discharged over the beach via a canal. A red-brown sauce collected in holes in the beach. The last time I saw something like this was in the eighties in southern climes.
There is also something positive - the wellness area with swimming pool and sauna. According to my wife, I'm not much of a lifeguard.
Oh well - you shouldn't leave garbage in the garbage cans on the campsite at night. Some animals regularly scatter the garbage all over the site. It's not good for your back to collect it all again in the morning.
No, I don't understand the very good reviews. We were very happy to leave Henne Strand early and head for a better place.

Two years ago, my lovely husband gave me a voucher as a Christmas present, but due to a pregnancy and subsequent unexpected demolition of our house, we are now two years later and desperately want to extend the voucher, as we simply have not had time to use it after two years of chaos. First, my husband speaks on the phone with an employee who seems to have no problem getting the certificate extended, but as he is not completely sure, we have to wait to get an answer until the next day. Here we get the disheartening news that there are no options for extension. So here we are with an invalid voucher of almost SEK 2,000 that we can throw a white arrow at? I already think 2 years is a short time limit. But I wish there was room for more flexibility in situations like ours. I am deeply disappointed and will in no way support here in the future. What a boring experience and poor customer service. And the place was supposed to be 5 star?

Henne Strand Camping is worth a trip
Henne Strand Camping is located just 250 meters from the village of Henne Strand and yet you don't notice the hustle and bustle that sometimes prevails there.
The site itself has two sanitary buildings with modern kitchens and lounges, all of which are regularly cleaned and kept in good condition.
I... struggled for a long time with whether to write a review and praise this gem of a site as it deserves, but I think it's only fair in the community.
It's not cheap, but for what it offers - swimming pool, children's entertainment, fitness, excursions, activities, events,... the price is always justified. Since "recently" there is also a breakfast café on site, where events are also held in the evenings.
My wife and I are repeat offenders, we have already been here 9 times and intend to go back at least once more this year.

The site is in a very quiet location at the entrance to Henne Strand with restaurants, supermarket and shopping facilities, followed by the beach. The whole site is very clean and well maintained. The sanitary facilities and kitchens are very well equipped and also very clean. You have a card for the... showers and pay about 35ct for 2 minutes. You can see the staff cleaning all day long. There are barbecue areas with comfortable lounge furniture. We booked the activities package and could use the swimming pool and the saunas there at any time and there was also mini golf and the gym. For the children there was a playground, playroom and the creative room where they could do handicrafts. They also made stick bread with the children. There was also a small café with a small drinks menu. There was a barbecue on Fridays. Washing machine, dryer and ironing board. And irons are also available. There is a wellness area which we did not use. It's great for cycling, mountain biking and beautiful walks in the heath and forests. Or of course go to the beach.
It was a great vacation, we all 2 adults, 1 child and a dog felt very comfortable and are super relaxed. We will be back.

Unfortunately, the town of Henne Strand is very popular and has countless vacation homes. Therefore a lot of car traffic in the village.
July 2019 - perfect for families!
We stayed on a caravan site with a tent and 5 people in July 2019. Booked in advance (at short notice! - 10 days before) and secured the desired pitch for two weeks. We had a pitch near the second sanitary building. This was cleaned several times a day by very friendly staff. The children's bathroom... is the nicest I have seen so far. Three free children's showers (mini format) plus a "shower throne" where parents can wash their children thoroughly without straining their backs. Plus a changing corner with colored LED lighting etc. My girls (3 and 5) really liked the bathroom. Leisure facilities at CP: Swimming pool Maxigolf Creative area 2 playgrounds (0-6 years and 5+) Indoor play area, even with consoles for older kids Wellness area (extra cost) Fitness and weights room It was just great!

Beautiful place
We were there in July 2019. The site is superbly laid out, clean and you can walk to the beach through the village. The pitch is parceled out, nicely laid out and everything seems quite new and really stylish. The fairly new sanitary block is really smart and the showers are charged via the barrier cards.... However, there were a few things we didn't like in the toilet block: Due to the high frequency of users, a little more attention could definitely be paid to cleanliness. There are also no shelves for shower gel in the showers. There are also no hooks for toilet bags in the toilet cubicles. (This is all bearable but also worth mentioning.) The kitchen is great! Nothing is missing here and you can also cook and eat comfortably. We particularly like the paper towels for wiping the sinks! All in all, a really nice place! We wanted to stay longer, but it was full. Too bad!

Beautiful campsite
We spent two very nice weeks here with our motorhome. The campsite has a great location, everything is within walking distance. The sanitary facilities are super clean, great family bathrooms. There are very nice and modern equipped kitchens and lounges, which were also gladly accepted by the vacationers.... There is a small adventure pool which we enjoyed using in the morning including the sauna. The relatively new motorhome pitch is large enough and is on grass. The owner couple and the staff at reception are very nice. We had booked for a week and stayed for two weeks. Henne Strand has very well-developed cycling and hiking trails. All in all a very nice vacation, we will gladly come back.

centrally located CP in Henne Strand
September 2018 -- Repeat offenders -- ... and we liked it again! Sun and wind !!! We stayed on the campsite for 14 days and experienced the first "autumn storm" with gusts of over 100 km/h from the west/northwest. Some awnings of fellow campers did not survive the days without damage. At least 2-3 storm... protections were necessary - and everything else should have been anchored and secured with pegs. The sanitary facilities were still in very good condition and the cleanliness left nothing to be desired. Friendliness at booking, reception and during the vacation days of both the operator couple as well as the employees are to be emphasized. We will be back... ============== September 2014: Sunny Indian summer on the North Sea coast... During the day with blue skies and sunshine (a few raindrops now and then) and a strong westerly wind, we went for a walk on the wide sandy beach...and recharged our batteries for everyday life. Sitting in front of the awning in the afternoon / evening, enjoying a glass of wine and relaxing.... What more could you want? The sanitary facilities are top...all the facilities and the site make a very well-kept and clean impression. The CP staff are friendly and helpful.

Pleasant stay
We used the senior offer in August and were generally very satisfied. To our surprise, the swimming pool was wonderfully empty from 8 am to 10 am. One disadvantage remains: the reservation and payment in advance, because this is the only way to use the senior offer. At least that was confirmed to me... by email! For us, a camping vacation also means being able to reschedule etc. at our leisure. If there was no space available, we would have been out of luck...that's for sure! In the main season I could imagine it being a bit cramped and full!

Glamping or camping?
A nobly designed place.... offers a lot, but of course everything costs extra (swimming pool, mini golf...). We didn't like it there very much, it's a long way to the beach and really exhausting for small children on foot. The whole place is geared towards tourism and is therefore expensive. We spent two days here and had treated ourselves to an activity package so that we could use all the attractions. But that was enough for us.

Very nice campsite
We were camping with two children (5,3). The campsite is very clean, has very good sanitary facilities and even a spacious cottage with ovens and electric stoves. Overall, everything is very clean and as good as new. There was a bit of a wait for the washing machines, but I know that from other campsites... too. You have to pay extra for the indoor swimming pool, but it is very nice. The campsite has two playgrounds, one for younger and one for older children, as well as a small playhouse. There was no entertainment. There is not a lot of car traffic on the campsite itself, so smaller children can also run around there. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case on the way to the beach itself, which is about 1.5 km away. There are always cars on the road here, so you can work up a sweat with a balance bike or bicycle and small children. The beach itself is beautiful, not too crowded, food and sanitary facilities are available. There is a supermarket, bakery and various places to eat in the immediate vicinity of the campsite.
