There are numerous permanent campers. We found a very tidy sanitary facility with extremely spacious shower and wash cubicles. There are also large pitches for larger caravans and awnings as well as smaller (cheaper) pitches. The beautiful town center is within walking distance. - Max M.oktober 2024I won't be going there again...Idyllic and close to the city, but unfortunately poor cleanliness in the sanitary area (old soap residues / cobwebs, other dirt) and general need for renovation (toilets do not work properly, sink without water, temperature not adjustable, power boxes do not close, site plan is outdated, etc.), garbage... can undersized, telephone. Incorrect information from staff and lack of customer orientation with regard to problem solving.
Numerous oak trees on the pitch, therefore certainly pleasantly shady in summer, in the fall due to falling and then lying acorns (they are apparently not removed) severely limited usability of the pitches.Samodejno prevedeno. - Andy N.oktober 2024PozitivnoFor anglersNegativnoFor people who spend whole days thereKnausWhen registering something should be changed, stood at shortly after 2 pm at the registration with 3 other campers in front of a locked door (registration at 3 pm sharp) and there were also no alternative options for other people furthermore there is no W-LAN on the pitch and had very high lawn and the... last lawn cut was still lying around (mowed without basket). Caravan was therefore always very dirty. Privacy zero people have fished with us on the water and many have walked with the dog directly over the place of us, which is no wonder if our dog then barks a lot.Samodejno prevedeno.

Shopping facilities and restaurants etc. in the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance.
As a couple, we thought it was a bit of a shame that we only stayed... one night.
Unfortunately we arrived a little late on the day of arrival. We would have liked to have been given a small overview of the schedule (e.g. breakfast, when it is) or a brief insight into the barrel. We had camping chairs with us, but there was a garden set under the bed. Unfortunately we didn't know that - but it's not dramatic. Just a little note for the next guests that you might have a note like this with a little introduction.
Another thing we noticed was that there were no garbage cans and the possibility of throwing away cigarette butts.

Sanitary facilities were and are in order and if there weren't so many piglets, they would certainly be clean throughout. The staff are... friendly and helpful. A few additional water taps would not be bad and if internet access is possible on the pitch (not only in the reception area), then we would be happy to come back for the 4th year. The location of the campsite in relation to the town and the many cycle paths are excellent. And finally, a comment on waste disposal: there is certainly a way to make the site disappear a little from view and to better mark the waste garbage cans. Sorting was not recognizable in my presence, but this was certainly caused by the guests. I will get a new picture next year.Samodejno prevedeno.

Apart from that, you can really tell that the site is getting on in years and that general things like the site and green maintenance are pretty neglected. The toilets were not cleaned daily when we were... there. What was also very unpleasant was the smell of sewage in the wash houses. We believe that renovations are needed there and not just makeshift repairs. Nevertheless, we recommend the site because of its location and surroundings.Samodejno prevedeno.

The city center can be reached in five minutes through a back door, and the nearby Schlossinsel is even quicker. The campsite is quiet and clean. The manager lovingly takes care of his guests' needs and we felt very comfortable.
