We complained about this the next day and were promised a refund to our account. A cash payment was not possible due to a lack of cash in the till. (Even an exchange to get 5 crowns for the showers was not possible... at the reception).
As the promised bank transfer did not arrive, we asked several times by e-mail.
Result: There were no more replies and of course no money.
It's a shame how you can ruin your reputation like that.
Apart from that, the view is of course enchanting, but it is an absolutely cramped campsite atmosphere.

If you arrive on time, you should definitely take a pitch in the front row. The site is not very big and fills up quickly. The pitches at the bottom are flat and parceled out, while the top is very hilly. There are also play areas for children and a bathing beach. After a friendly welcome, we were able to choose a pitch. We had a pitch right by the water and didn't even need to park our camper van. The sanitary facilities were a bit dated, but clean and well maintained. There is a playground, restaurants and a beach. Rocky bay with a little sandy beach, bathing jetties, diving platform and barbecue area. Very idyllic and a feast for the eyes. The camper pitches are perfectly flat, while it is difficult to find a usable... area on the tent hill. You have to order bread rolls by 12.00 noon, so you have to make do without them on the first morning. They are probably brought in from the capital. But why a new factory has to be set up next to such a beautiful campsite in a country with so much space is absolutely unclear. The factory emits a loud buzzing noise 24 hours a day. The Swedish air force also loves to thunder over the site at low level. That way you won't oversleep ordering bread rolls if you want to stay more than one night. Sports fans are loudly entertained by the neighboring arena. All in all: a wonderful place if you have earplugs.Samodejno prevedeno.

Pitches are quite small, so when the site is full, it can get quite crowded. Sanitary facilities: Two sanitary blocks. Both clean. Staff could be a bit friendlier.Samodejno prevedeno.
Angela F.avgust 2011Our first stop on our way to northern Sweden. A cozy campsite, a little insider tip, but also very busy. The site was full, but we were still allowed to stand on the tent hill and had a wonderful spot with a view of the lake. We felt very comfortable. You can be in town in a few minutes by bike. Swimming is wonderful! A great place!Samodejno prevedeno.
