"End-of-autumn trip - Friendly welcome. Nice pitch, sufficiently large. Sanitary facilities very clean. Highlight the kite festival with fireworks. We would love to come back.

"Campsite Kurz - Negative for us was the indoor pool. 4€ adult / €2.50 per child / per hour (low season). One hour was enough, as the children were freezing.

"Overall worthwhile, but you should be mobile - It was a very pleasant stay overall. Arrival went very smoothly and the reception service was very friendly and competent.

"Very good - If you're a family, group or sociable person and fancy camping, this site is highly recommended. Fully equipped with love, clean and tidy everywhere, even in October! The kite festival with fun for adults and children. Whether the band, the fireman, the few good stalls, the food, the beautiful kites in a relaxed atmosphere. We were able to take part as early as Friday. A gift just for the shining eyes of children! Handed over personally by the owner. How important the child feels! The range of indoor areas, "close to nature" or a colorful children's playground. Children can go shopping on their own at the store, which has an adjoining bakery. Please take a look on the Internet. I was pleasantly surprised.

"Great Baltic Sea view and relaxation - We felt very comfortable, had a great pitch with a view of the water and the whole team was very friendly. The sanitary facilities are well maintained and very clean!

"Was great, but electricity... - Very well maintained, super dog friendly, great agility course. Everything very clean. BUT 16Amper are 3680Watt! Unfortunately, at 3000Watt already triggers the fuse blows... weak! Should be improved!

Profil

Camping information: The Heide Family Baltic Sea Caravan/Camping site opened in 1970 and now covers an area of 220,000 m² at Kleinwaabs in the Schleswig-Holstein region of North Germany. It is situated on the picturesque Eckernförder Bay and is near …the E3/A7 autobahn if travelling to or from Denmark. All amenities are to the highest standard and awards are held from the ADAC and DCC (the equivalent of the AA and RAC). Parking spaces are offered in three different sizes (see Parking info) and you can choose whichever suits your requirements. e.g. sea view or close to shop. All the sites have been completely drained and are linked by tarmaced roads. Close to the entrance are where the main conveniences are situated. We have a swimming pool (14m x 7m x 1.5m) with a sauna and solarium and is a supermarket incorporating it’s own bakery and fresh meat counters. The restaurant “Meeresblick” offers wholesome fare plus live music and dancing while the snack bar and kebab stalls cater more for the immediate appetite and can be enjoyed in our beer garden.

Journey with the car. The Baltic Sea camping site family Heide can be reached over the freeway (A7 Hamburg Flensburg). You leave the A7 at the departure Büdelsdorf and drive in the direction of the beechnut fjord. You drive from …beechnut fjord through the center and at the port turn right to reach the L26. You follow this street except for the right is side to see the place name sign "Kleinwaabs" now. Please turn right and drive in the direction of the beach. The way to the east sea camping site family Heide is by labelling good to reach. Please go at journey onto the left side of the entrance area where hold bays are offered to you on the parking lot.
