"Wonderful campsite - A not too big campsite close to the sea, which is only a few minutes' walk away. We were welcomed by great and very helpful and friendly staff (we would like to emphasize the reception and the groundskeeper). Whether for a cab to the metro station or what Vila Cha has to offer, there was always a kind word and no questions were left unanswered. So much helpfulness was and is unique. The sanitary facilities are very spacious and were always very clean. The site was also kept very clean. Beautiful trees, spacious pitches (meadow areas) and electricity connection in closed boxes. The small store offers more than it seems. From fresh bread rolls, vegetables, cheese etc. it has everything you need for everyday life. We can highly recommend the site. "Ideal for enjoying Porto. - We chose this place to visit Porto. The nearest subway station is about 3 km away and you can reach Porto in 25 minutes for 2.20 euros. The staff are very friendly. The campsite is family run. The sanitary facilities are very clean. There are several very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity offering fresh fish dishes. We did not cook ourselves during the 4 days. The prices are fair and the food was very good. The only downside! Occasionally airplanes fly low over the site. But only occasionally. After that it's quiet again.

"Nice place with steep driveway - We stayed here for 2 nights in winter. I can absolutely agree with my predecessor's review. You get great value for money. However, I would like to mention a few points of criticism: Toilets/showers not heatable, hot water only for 7 minutes, no toilet seats, no toilet paper, no soap in the wash house - all of which is not uncommon in the south though. Furthermore, the entrance and access for a large vehicle is a real adventure. We had to reverse into the driveway because otherwise our caravan would have been parked at the back.

" - You feel very comfortable as soon as you arrive. The entire staff is very courteous and friendly and speaks both English and a few words of German. As has already been written, there are many permanent campers on the site. We had a very nice pitch between the permanent campers, which was a really great place, but unfortunately you felt like an intruder at times. Too bad, that probably wouldn't have been the case on one of the tourist pitches a little further out. The site itself is very nice and clean. There are two wash houses on the small site. Both are very new and in very good condition. The water is heated by solar panels, which is exemplary! The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities was good. They were cleaned twice a day. As always, however, the user is responsible for the ongoing cleanliness, which unfortunately is not clear to everyone, but the site can't help that. There is a sports field, a tennis court, a snack bar with reasonable prices and a mini-mercado on the grounds. The price for what is on offer is still very reasonable at around €17 including electricity in high season. There is a good, reasonably priced restaurant right next to the pitch, which also sells freshly baked bread rolls throughout the day. The beach is a short walk away. It is partially supervised (small part) and surrounded by rocks. The beach is only suitable for surfing to a limited extent and only in a few areas due to the strong jaggedness. You should definitely take a close look at the terrain at low tide. For swimming, however, there are very nice mini bays between the rocks where there is little or no swell. Here you can observe crabs and other sea creatures. Due to its proximity to Porto, the campsite is also a good starting point for Porto excursions. The site can be used until 23:00, which should be enough. All in all, I can only recommend the campsite. For an acceptable price, you are offered a clean and modern site where you can spend a few nice quiet days. Recommendation!

The campground offers a pleasant place of rest, leisure and are living thanks to the kindness and hospitality that welcomes its visitors. The summer is filled with animation, translated into parties, games, tournaments and activities for the environment, responding to …the tastes of adults and children, offering good opportunity for relaxation. During festival dates are marked with great joy, as St. Martin, Kings, Easter and St. John, that enable the healthy development of friendship and fellowship among campers. It is equipped with comfortable bungalows, supermarket, laundry, game park, playground, bar and games room with internet connection. Its excellent location and proximity to good road networks, allows the visitor access to various points of undeniable interest to tourists, such as Porto, Braga, Guimarães, Viana do Castelo, Povoa do Varzim and Vila do Conde. Our hard work is on view to their welfare. We await you.

The camping is located in EN 13 to Km 3, 7km from Vila do Conde, 9 km from Povoa de Varzim and 21 km from Oporto. Coming from the Viana do Castelo or Porto on motorway A28 have to leave …where it says Chã Vila commercial area, enters the national road 13 and at the roundabout makes three roundabout rooms and leaves where it says Vila Chã becomes Bricor Factory Outlet and turns the right and then the 50m turn left where it says Vila Chã and follow this road parallel 3 km until you reach the beach.
