"in need of improvement - - Fixed specification as to how the caravan should be positioned - compacted floor on which NO water runs off - cold showers - Cleaning of the wash house leaves a lot to be desired... (A smeared toilet door was not cleaned during our stay (1 week)) - Cleaner looks out of the window/or at the cell phone and only cleans 1! Sink Swimming pool is getting on in years - Only showers in the swimming pool, no closed showers/rooms to wash properly - Floor in the changing rooms very dirty - Toilets dirty - Water could be a little warmer - very cold in the swimming pool (no fenced-off area at the entrance) - No sockets for blow-drying hair Pitches with their own play equipment: - associated with additional costs - Playground equipment very boring

"Summer vacation 2024 - We were there for the first time. With two children (2+5 years). Lots of large playgrounds. The indoor playground is a bit poorly ventilated and has no windows. Shopping facilities are very good, there is a SPAR on site. The entertainment team is very friendly and tries to communicate in German. In general, the campsite and its facilities are very clean In some places you can see that the facilities are getting on in years. Especially in the indoor pool In general, we had the feeling that the facilities such as the indoor pool, number of washing machines and toilets were too small for the huge number of guests. The rooms for chemical toilet cleaning could be improved

"Many indoor options in rainy weather - Despite the rain several times a day, we had a great stay and my son definitely wants to come again. Great offers from the entertainment team. The swimming pool was pleasantly warm, various slides, including one that was still fun for older kids and despite the vacation season and rainy weather, there was always a corner to play water polo. The supermarket has everything you need.

"Top family place - This is the 8th time we have visited. This time at Easter. The weather left a lot to be desired, but the leisure activities were not at all. There are plenty of opportunities both indoors and outdoors. Great swimming pool, several lakes, playgrounds and and and..... The entertainment is world class and so is the cleanliness of the wash houses. An employee was permanently assigned to clean our wash house from morning to night. We will definitely come back a ninth time.

"Good space for activities on the pitch - The site is in a very rural location near Roermond. It is a fairly large, beautifully laid out and well-kept site. There are various pitches, mobile homes, cabins, tents, glamping, houses and everything in between. Playgrounds are scattered all over and there is a large area in the middle where children of all ages can play. Fishing lake with put and take, minigolf, billiard golf, bowling, indoor playground, BMX track, leisure facilities for soccer, volleyball, table tennis, basketball, etc. Swimming pool, various restaurants, kiosk with Dutch fast food, ice cream etc. The swimming pool is really nice with various slides and the water was nice and warm. We were there after Easter and the place was very empty. Animation only in Dutch, although there were many German guests, a pity. The pitches were nice and big, lots of space all around. We were in the dog area. The sanitary facilities there were very clean, someone was always cleaning them. Unfortunately, the dog area is at the far end right next to the road. You are only allowed to take the shortest route outside with your dog. Otherwise, dogs are not allowed on the rest of the site. An extra exit from the dog area would be nice. There is a free running area in the dog area, dog toilet. The pitch was almost completely empty, we then asked for two pitches next to each other by email. We were then allocated these, for which we paid an extra 20 euros for processing. However, as the dog area was almost empty, we couldn't have been allocated a pitch right next to the road, as it was very noisy on the road. The service staff were very nice everywhere. There is not much to discover around the hotel. But you can go cycling and hiking in the adjacent woods. The supermarket is very well stocked, prices ok. We would have liked more information about the site, activities and excursions on arrival.

"Beautiful place - The swimming pool was great. There was something for all ages. A lot of attention was paid to safety in the pool. As we were there in October, the swimming pool was decorated in a spooky way with lots of love. There was entertainment for different age groups. There was also a roller cross track for cycling and a lake for fishing. The private sanitary facilities we booked were apparently not aired regularly and therefore always smelled a bit musty. Otherwise the park was very well maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
