"A lot has changed for the worse! - We have been coming to this campsite for about 10 years. Until the change of ownership, the residence was a cozy family place. We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, we have noticed in recent years that we campers are no longer really welcome. More and more pitches are being replaced with mobile homes. Of course...they earn twice as much. These homes take the charm out of the whole place. The pool is terribly overcrowded, which is not a problem for us because we prefer the beach. This year the check-in procedure has been reorganized. Unfortunately, much to the camper's chagrin. Previously, you were allowed on the pitch from 7.00 a.m. if it was already free. Today you have to wait until you are "maybe" called during the morning. The site is supposedly inspected to make sure everything is ok. We still didn't receive a call at 11.00 am. When I asked a competent member of staff at reception, I was told that we could go to the pitch. Many other campers must have experienced this too. The showers are getting worse from year to year. Shower heads are totally calcified. Half of the shower cubicles in the men's washroom at the back were broken. Repairs are only carried out sporadically, if at all. There is no soap to wash your hands after using the toilet. The restaurant on site is totally disorganized. The food is ok so far. You can't go wrong with pizza either. On the plus side, the supermarket stopped having siestas this year. For us, it feels as if they would like to get rid of us campers.... They did it with us. Many of the regular campers we've met over the years feel the same way. I think the Residence will lose a lot of regular customers over the next few years.

"Nothing more for camping - It was a super nice campsite last year. Despite the fact that there were already a lot of mobile homes. This year there were even more and the view is not great. The beach is totally full and so is the pool. Unfortunately, campers are no longer welcome. Only Italians can make reservations for next year. The wash house is also getting on in years. The cleaning lady can be seen...... but. .

"Why does such a place have 5 stars - We only got our accommodation at 5pm and it was still dirty. Please check the entire inventory on arrival, as things that you didn't use are supposedly damaged on departure!!! In recent years, the cleanliness of the campsite and the sanitary facilities has deteriorated more and more. More staff should be employed as before the change of ownership.

"Campsite with flaws - Very narrow access to the pitches. Unfriendly staff at reception. Different sizes of pitches. We had booked a pitch in the "Beach" category and were given a pitch next to the outer wall of a hotel. Disadvantage: If we had had an awning with us, we would not have been able to put it up because the pitch was too narrow and did not have the required size. The pitches opposite were in the same category and were much bigger, and the neighboring hotel had a noisy fan running from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. It was not possible to get another pitch on request at reception. Disadvantage of the sanitary facilities: There is no chair or bench in the shower cubicles to put down the utensils you have brought with you! There is also no soap at the washbasins to wash your hands after using the toilet! As stated in some reviews, a cheap campsite with shortcomings!!!
