"Beautiful campsite - We enjoyed part of our summer vacation here. The two swimming pools were great, and the sanitary facilities were super clean! The staff are very friendly and the small restaurant on site is good. The only downside is that, as a caravan owner, you have to take the sample case to the only motorhome disposal station. Disposal facilities at the wash houses would be desirable here. Otherwise, a clear recommendation for the site!

"All in all VERY GOOD - I arrived about an hour before check-in, was greeted very nicely and was allowed to explore the site in peace. When I entered the site with the camper and had almost finished settling in, I realized that I had forgotten my camping power extension. To cut a long story short, I was allowed to look for a new pitch with a closer plug-in point. I thought that was great and very accommodating. The sanitary facilities were a dream! There is also a very nice integrated playground, a small goat enclosure and a restaurant, which was really tasty. The small beach, although very stony, invites you to relax and dream (my favorite place on the site). Hiking and biking is highly recommended here! I really enjoyed my little break there and I'm going back in 2024, but this time not so close to the end of the season.

Profil

River Camping Bled is a friendly, family-led campsite. It is situated close to the famous Lake Bled on a lush green peninsula surrounded by the River Sava. Great destination for both peace-seeking and adventure-loving guests, with easy access to Bled …- from the main street by the lake. it’s only a 10 min bike ride/3 min with a car. Guests can choose between spacious camping pitches of different types and alpine-style deluxe cottages, surrounded by beautiful mountain-and-river views. Thanks to the carefully planned layout of the camp, service facilities are modern and always close at hand. There are many options for sports or leisure activities at the campsite: 2 heated outdoor swimming pools, adventures playground, pump track, table tennis area, a multipurpose room, and outdoor fitness. You will also find the wonderful gravel beach on the shores of the River Sava. The hundred-year-old pine trees offer shade and plenty of private areas for peaceful relaxation and enjoyment. The campsite is an excellent starting point for all sorts of activities– walks and gentle cycling or infinite exploring of the natural surroundings. Bikes and sporting equipment can be hired if needed. River Sava is also perfect for different water sports, like the most popular rafting. There are the breath-taking landscapes of the Julian Alps just a half-hour drive away. And last but not least, savour traditional Slovenian dishes with local delicacies in gourmet restaurants.
