Without a "Good afternoon or can I help" I was told that I should have informed myself about everything in advance and that I was not allowed to drive the camper to the disposal site. I have never met such a weird owner...nice place with extremely unfriendly owners.o. I recommend everyone not to have any contact with the owner. However, the mattresses are a disaster! You can feel the springs of the spring mattresses when you run your hand over them and the third bed was an old army bed with a foam mattress that really stank. That's really borderline!... The place around the sleeping hut could be cleaner (the grill still had meat leftovers from the previous tenant, the hedge should be cut, in one corner there was dog feces from previous tenants - all this does not have to be!) The sanitary facilities are good and the people were all friendly and nice. Unfortunately the lake was closed but it was easy to cycle to Brahmsee and swim there.Samodejno prevedeno.

The sanitary facilities are old, but well maintained and clean. Unfortunately, there are "rumble spots" everywhere on the site, which doesn't look particularly nice. There are also a lot of vans and trailers from the party service around, which doesn't look very nice. Only recommended for a stopover! Super restaurant!I don't know what criteria are used to award the stars for a campsite, but I was surprised that this site should have 4 stars. In terms of appearance and cleanliness, I don't think it's justified. We were therefore curious to see what to expect in the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised! At least... for the restaurant, it's worth spending a night at the campsite. You can also visit the campsite for a weekend to hike in the countryside or swim in the beautiful lake. But I wouldn't go there for a longer stay. We arrived in the evening at around 7pm and only wanted to stay one night and continue the next day after breakfast. Even the driveway and the first visual impression are adventurous. The campsite operator, who probably also owns the restaurant, also has a catering service. After passing the barrier, the first thing you notice are various trailers selling snacks and beer. We were greeted with northern German friendliness and were able to park on the tourist meadow, where there is also electricity. This meant we didn't have to unhitch the caravan. Unfortunately, the road from the highway to the town runs past the meadow. It was correspondingly noisy. The motorhome pitches are right by the lake. You don't hear the road noise directly and have a beautiful view. As a camper, you are also not so dependent on the sanitary facilities. These are lousy. Ancient and full of cobwebs in the corners and on the ceiling (with bare pipes). Apart from the cobwebs, the sanitary block was kept very clean! The toilets are very old and have the cistern under the ceiling, so you have to pull on a chain. The wash cubicles are also no longer up to date. They are also far too small, have no plug and you can't set the water temperature individually. You can only turn the tap on and off. Warm water comes out, which then gets warmer and warmer until you burn your hands. The showers are the only new thing in the sanitary building. The exact consumption is charged by shower card. One minute costs about 18 cents. Unfortunately, there is no bench in the shower cubicle, only a shelf at stomach height. In the sanitary building there is also a "kitchen" with a small seating area where you can wash dishes. Hotplates are available for a fee at reception. Garden tables and chairs are scattered around the campsite as seating. Basically a nice idea, if they weren't quite dirty over the years. They don't look nice and you wouldn't want to sit down there either. There is a small kiosk at the reception where you can also buy bread rolls and some camping accessories, as well as exchange gas bottles. The campsite is very much geared towards permanent campers and not so much towards tourists. But it seems to be changing, because something is obviously happening. It cannot be ruled out that things will improve. The owner is in the process of investing a lot. For example, the playground has been dismantled and is to be rebuilt elsewhere. There is now an open space in a corner where there used to be permanent campers. I can't say whether this is deliberate, as the area is to be used for other purposes, or whether the permanent campers have simply gone. A "village" of mobile homes is being built at the back of the campsite. This looks quite nice. I don't know whether these will be rental accommodation or whether they will be leased permanently. So, for a weekend or a stopover, the campsite is okay if you don't have high expectations. The restaurant is worth a visit. If you want a longer vacation, you should go somewhere else. I can only recommend the operator to renovate the sanitary building as soon as possible or even better to build a new one. In addition, the access road should be redone and the chaos (sales trailers) in the entrance area should be removed. The site looks neglected in places.Samodejno prevedeno.

Unfortunately, it was too late and we were simply too tired to drive on, as it would have made sense, unfortunately. The reception was very friendly and the sanitary facilities were fine, there were plenty... of toilets, showers (with chip card) and individual washing cubicles. However, it was far too noisy on the tourist meadow assigned to us to be able to continue the next day with a good night's sleep. Hence this rating, unfortunately. We received a friendly welcome on Whit Saturday and were allocated a very nice pitch on a camping field for short-stay campers right... by the water. The sanitary facilities were clean, adequate considering the size of the pitch and soap and toilet paper were available (which is not a matter of course). We ate very well and cheaply in the campsite restaurant with an outdoor snack bar. The fresh bread rolls on Whit Sunday and the fair overnight price convinced us to visit this campsite again in the future.Samodejno prevedeno.

As my wife and I were staying longer than a week, we were given 2 rolls as there was no paper in the toilets. Some of the toilets and shower cubicles were kept locked. As there was a larger group in the... tent meadow, a second cleaning of the sanitary facilities would not have hurt. There were no sockets for shavers or hairdryers in some of the wash cubicles. The tumble dryer was also broken for at least 2 weeks. In itself a nice place in a good location, but in the area sanitary house still needs some work.Samodejno prevedeno.

One of the sanitary buildings has been renovated and is of a comfortable standard. However, there are also two older buildings that still need some work. Everyone knows everyone else here and there are evening get-togethers on the pitches, but otherwise it's rather quiet and everyone can do their own thing. There is only entertainment for the children's... party or on the activity days. Super location in the countryside, right by the lake and forest. Not far from Brahmsee, Kiel, the Baltic Sea and Plön. The surrounding area invites you to go for a walk. In Nortorf, 3km away, you can get everything thanks to good infrastructure.... from supermarket, restaurants, weekly market and doctors everything is represented there. The city of Neumünster is also not far away for zoo excursions or shopping.Samodejno prevedeno.
