We had a much bigger problem with the pitch.
We had been allocated pitch 24, 1 wo-mo-2 people.
On pitch 23 there was a caravan, large awning,
car. The entire pitch was needed, even because... of the large awning, fenced in, dog allowed to run free, next pitch 25 the same.
With the Wo-Mo you stand there in the middle - if you go to the border on the right you can save your own TV,
If you pull to the left, no awning goes out.
What to do? Ask the groundsman, no reasonable response.

The person at reception should be better trained. A kiosk on site would be nice. A playground near the lake would also be very goodA top placeA wonderful place at a reasonable price. Top location, top beach. Top dog playground with beach for dogs. New sanitary facilities and always very clean. Top restaurant on site. All the people you meet on the site, whether permanent campers or site operators, are super friendly

We'll be back and you won't get rid of us again so quicklySamodejno prevedeno.- Christoph K.June 2022Pozitivno- very very nice staff - direct access to the lake without extra costs - very clean new wash house - Bread roll service on site - stand-up paddle rentalNegativno- No shopping facilities directly on site (not so bad for us) - No lighting of the paths at night (flashlight is an advantage) - No water connection at the pitchShort trip over the weekendWe were there over the long weekend with our car and caravan and a friend of ours with a tent.
After a very warm welcome and a totally uncomplicated check-in, we went straight to the Comfort pitch (right next to the stream with trees, so very pleasant in the shade). Once set up and furnished, we were... able to enjoy our weekend. Despite the many dogs and families on the pitch, it was a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
The uncomplicated check-in of another person who slept with us in the caravan one night was no problem at all, as was a visit to the lake to swim and relax.
CONCLUSION: great place, very friendly staff, very clean place (camping and beach), great atmosphere, new and clean wash house
WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!! ;-)
Even a technical problem with the hot water in the wash house (which can happen from time to time) was already registered by the staff and was already being dealt with when we left. So everything was great!

Especially with a dog!We were at the Fenningerspitz for the first time this year (but certainly not the last!!) because we were looking for a dog-friendly campsite where our dog was allowed in the lake. WE WERE THRILLED!
Super nice operators and staff / brand new, clean sanitary facilities / delicious and not too overpriced... food in the restaurant / fenced-in dog beach where dogs can let off steam without a leash / there's also a fenced-in dog-free zone 15 minutes' walk towards town and if you need to go shopping, you can also find that in town in 5-10 minutes by car.
Another thing worth mentioning is how quiet the campsite is! Although our pitch was directly in front of the sanitary facilities, the restaurant and opposite the children's playground, it was wonderfully quiet! The restaurant is closed from 22:00, but even before that we never heard any noise, shouting or anything else, apart from a few louder children playing from time to time! They allocated us a pitch quickly and easily. As soon as we arrived, we and our dog were greeted warmly by the permanent campers. We immediately felt at home. The beach and the dog beach are perfect for children and dogs. We enjoyed our vacation to the fullest... and once Josef, the boss, came by with an aperitif. The only downside is that there is no kiosk on site, but this is supposedly already being planned. Just like the new sanitary facilities. But you could buy everything in the nearby village. We and our dog are already looking forward to our next vacation at this campsite Irene Ludwig with LuckySamodejno prevedeno.

Byli jsme však neustále sledováni starým neudržovaným mužem, který se neustále plazil na pláži s květinovým boxem v ruce. Velmi pěkný byl kontakt s ostatními majiteli psů. Vrátíme... se příští rok Jídlo v restauraci nebylo tolik naše chuť. However, we were constantly being watched by an old unkempt man, constantly drifting around the beach with a beer can in his hand. Very nice was the contact with other dog owners. Friendly welcome, beautiful location and a good restaurant with very friendly service and great food - but those were also the positive things. The campsite right on the lake has no layout which can lead to chaos because some take up more space than others. The... car is allowed to load and unload near the pitch and then has to be parked in the parking lot. There is no water on the pitch and there is 1 toilet block for the entire campsite, which is located at the top of the entrance. You have to pay €0.50 for a hot shower or hot water. There is no kiosk, ice cream and coffee to go can be bought in the restaurant and rolls can be ordered to the office. All in all, we say thank you but no thank youSamodejno prevedeno.

The young owners are very friendly and hard-working, but of course not everything can be perfect from one day to the next. The sanitary facilities are clean and are cleaned every day. And since, according to the... notice on the site, they will be renewed next year, you shouldn't be so critical if some things no longer correspond to the usual standard on campsites. The site is ideal for dog owners, with its own section of beach where dogs can run and swim freely. We haven't seen this anywhere else. And then there is also a huge open-air area for the dogs nearby, as well as shady walking paths. What more could a dog's heart want?Samodejno prevedeno.

Unfriendly lady No EC payment desired No invoice requestedOne week vacationThree of us stayed at the campsite for a week. On arrival, we were greeted nicely and allocated a nice spot for our tent and car. Permanent campers predominate on the campsite, but they are very polite and open-minded towards the other vacationers. Our little one really enjoyed the great new playground.... The adjoining restaurant "See Oase" impresses with its friendly staff and has a world-class stone oven pizza! We haven't eaten such a delicious pizza for a long time! The bathing beach is divided into three areas (bathers, dog beach, anglers). It's especially great for the little ones, as the water is very gentle. Unfortunately, there are also points that we didn't like at all! Firstly, the showers! 1.50 for three minutes, which are interrupted for 35 seconds after every minute. The water takes a very long time to heat up. It takes almost a minute for the water to reach a comfortable temperature. You also have to pay €1.50 for the washing-up water! This entire system should be changed. Paying for the shower is fine. But not like this! There is also a small kiosk missing. And then there's the owner, who everyone just calls "Ließi". Apparently a nice person. But this changed when I left. When I wanted to pay the bill with an EC card, the older lady was so rude that she only accepted cash. When I pointed out that the guest in front of me had also paid his bill by card, I was violently snubbed! I was told to go to the nearest ATM to get cash. I have never experienced such treatment. The argument was that she would have to write an invoice if I paid by card! Yes!!! I'm asking for it!!! That goes without saying, or should we assume something else? Josef, my grandson, then took care of me and made the card payment and apologized for his grandmother. Unfortunately, these things cast a bad light on what was actually a wonderful time. Finally a camp8ng site where you really have your peace and quiet. Ideal for dog lovers as there is a very large dog beach right on the water. Everyone is very friendly and courteous and anyone who asks is helped. And since the management has changed, the site has also been modernized.
